Alex Woytkiw got the rose from JoJo Fletcher on Tuesday night's two-on-one date with fellow The Bachelorette suitor Chad Johnson.

During a Wednesday interview, Alex -- who is still on the show and in the running for JoJo's heart -- discussed his battle and issues with Chad.

All of the guys seemed to have a problem with Chad except for Daniel Maguire. You kind of saw the two of them have this little bromance. Were you aware of that while in the house or has it been played up for TV?
Alex Woytkiw: No, that was there. That was there. The thing is, there's a lot of guys that liked Daniel. We liked Daniel, he's actually a really friendly guy who gravitated towards a not-so-friendly guy.
And yes, there were many times a lot of us were confused why, because we got along with Daniel and we enjoyed his company. And he kind of, instead of sitting down with us at the dinner table, which was something he'd do, he'd go off with [Chad]. So, it was kind of weird.
But, again, I think Daniel was just guilty by association with Chad and I think that he was aware of it. The comment that he was making in one of the last couple of episodes as far as the whole Hitler/Mussolini thing he said to Chad, you could see that he's kind of taking a couple of steps back. He doesn't want to sell out his friend, but, he's definitely aware that he is being guilty by association at that point.
Do you get the impression that Chad came on the show looking to be the villain of this season? And that, maybe it's not who he really is, but rather he was trying to fill a role so to speak?
Alex Woytkiw: You know, I wouldn't put it past him. I don't think that someone could come on and act like that if they weren't like that. I think it was a mixture of what you're asking, like I don't know why he came on the show. I know it's an adventure, but I think that it just -- people can't be that two-faced, and you can see that.
But, I don't think he was acting because people can't act like that 24/7. People are genuine and on the show, you can see that. A lot of guys are just themselves and they're not doing two-faced things. So, I think that Chad was 100 percent being himself. He just went on there and was himself and the villain thing came to life naturally for him because he's just that kind of guy.
You guys might not have known what Chad told JoJo, about his mother having passed away six months before he went on the show. JoJo cried about that because she felt bad for letting him go in case he was acting out of grief. After hearing that, did you kind of take a step back and think, "Maybe some of his personality or his reaction was grief?" Or do you think he's just crazy?
Alex Woytkiw: You know, first off, when I learned of Chad's whole family issue, I mean, I felt a sense of compassion for him. From our perspective, especially like, from my perspective, I felt like he used that as a crutch. I know that it's a painful thing, but, for her, as you can see, she was commenting on his family issues and with his mom passing.
RELATED LINK: 'THE BACHELORETTE' COUPLES NOWAnd, even talking to her about it, she felt like she wanted to be there for him. With someone like that, who is so clearly acting different with a group of guys, to me, there shouldn't be a question if you're a good guy. Right? Everyone in the house should be good and now JoJo gets to pick the right guy or her.
And, none of us felt comfortable with the idea of leaving or the question of maybe we might not get a rose or something like that when you have a guy like Chad there. Because, he -- to the core of who he was -- was never a good guy to anyone.
And so, when someone like that takes his time and instead of focusing on the relationship brings up... something like [his mom], I mean, I know that's something you need to talk about because it hurts and you need to share that, but, it is something that we all felt was a huge play in why JoJo kept him around.
It just didn't really make sense because he never acted the way he acted with her with us, he wasn't a sweet guy or any of that. So, I guess it's a mixture of your question -- I think he's struck with grief but was kind of manipulating with it too.
I know you can't discuss much of what happened, but the show ended with Chad approaching a house. That was the house full of guys and not the cabin you were talking to JoJo in, right?
Alex Woytkiw: Yes, so from my understanding -- and based on how it looked last night -- he shows up to the guys' house where we're all staying. And, at the time, I was actually with JoJo. So, I can't comment on what happened. But, I can say that, yes, I was with JoJo at the time and he went over to the house with the guys and that's where it leads off.
