Audrina Patridge's estranged husband won't be charged with domestic violence in the wake of their split.
"The prosecutor reviewed all of the information provided by the Irvine Police Department and, unfortunately, the prosecutor did not feel that they would be able to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt," a rep for the D.A.'s office said.
Patridge's rep said the 32-year-old television personality will pursue a domestic violence case in family court.
"Audrina is putting on a brave face, but these exchanges between Audrina and Corey are court ordered to take place at a police station for her protection," the rep said. "There is still a family law domestic violence case open."
Patridge filed for divorce from Bohan last week after obtaining a temporary restraining order. She alleged in court documents that Bohan was "possessive" and violent around her and their 15-month-old daughter, Kirra.
"[He] locked the door and pushed me back with [Kirra] in my arms," the star claimed, according to Us Weekly. "He started punching and hitting himself on the head. Then he punched a hole in our bedroom door."
Patridge is known for starring on the MTV series "The Hills," and has since appeared on "Dancing with the Stars" and "Audrina."
