Big Brother featured Natalie Negrotti getting crowned the new Head of Household and Michelle Meyer being named the "co-HoH" thanks to a Season 18 twist during Sunday night's broadcast on CBS.

The Big Brother broadcast picked up where the special Friday-night episode had left off, with the continuation of the HoH competition.

In a flashback to an hour before Paulie Calafiore's eviction, Paulie and Paul Abrahamian were shown talking about how the house needed to target Victor Arroyo and James Huling next, letting Nicole Franzel in on their strategy.

However, Nicole didn't want to get rid of James, so she warned him and his showmance partner Natalie about the plan in action. James was thankful and therefore considered working with Nicole and her showmance partner Corey Brooks since the couple had never betrayed him.

Natalie ended up winning the sticky and slimy HoH competition in which the players had to look for discs in a dark box. She won -- only by four seconds, with Corey finishing second -- despite Michelle previously winning an advantage in the challenge.

Paul was hoping Natalie would win because he didn't think she'd put him up on the chopping block, especially because he helped her get rid of Paulie. James was so proud of Natalie for winning, but at the same time, the power scared him a little bit since they'd have to show their cards and pick a side.

Before this moment, Natalie and James had been playing both sides of the house, with Nicole and Corey separate from Victor, Paul and Michelle.

Nicole then promised James and Natalie that she and Corey would have their backs going forward and wouldn't be a threat to their games. Nicole swore she wouldn't go after them, and then Natalie and James seemed to determine they'd like to go to the Final 4 with Nicole and Corey.

Nicole also told Natalie and James that Victor and Paul were a very strong duo, Paul with his social game and Victor with his numerous competition wins.

Paul told Natalie that she should do whatever is best for her game, but he also reminded her of the "friendship" they've shared. Natalie, however, didn't think it was "friendship" to go after her boyfriend.

Afterward, Victor knew he was in trouble because he walked into a room where Corey was talking to Natalie and they fell silent upon his entrance.

The next "America's Care Package" was then dropped in the backyard, and it had Michelle's name on it. Michelle learned -- in addition to receiving tissues, a headband wrap and brownies -- that she would be co-HoH for the week.

Being co-HoH means Michelle will share the perks of power with Natalie, including the bedroom, and must nominate one of the two houseguests for eviction. Natalie was actually very excited to share HoH since it meant less blood on her hands come the Nomination Ceremony.

Neither Michelle or Natalie will be able to compete in next week's HoH competition.

Although Nicole had established trust with James and Natalie, she assumed Michelle would absolutely put her up on the block.

Natalie spoke to Michelle about how important it was to take out Victor and Paul now, or at least one of them in order to break up their bond. Natalie said if they survive a couple more evictions, they'd definitely take each other to the Final 2.

Although Michelle argued with Natalie about wanting to take Nicole out instead, she acknowledged how Paul had lied to her about having played a role in Da.Vonne Rogers' eviction.

Natalie insisted to Michelle that no one could beat Victor, but Michelle didn't want to be the person to nominate Victor since they were close. Michelle knew it made sense to nominate Victor and Paul together, but she worried Nicole or Corey would win HoH the next week and target her.

Voting for the next "America's Care Package" will take place once a jury member wins his or her way back into the house. The package will apparently include a "BB Bribe."

At the Nomination Ceremony, Natalie nominated Victor and then Michelle nominated Paul for eviction.

Natalie explained that Victor had battled his way back into the house and earned his spot. The girls made it clear Paul was their target by wishing Victor luck in the upcoming Power of Veto competition. Michelle even announced that Paul had lied to her face before.

Paul vented in the Diary Room about how Natalie and Michelle had slammed a big knife into his back, but Nicole was thrilled she was safe.

Victor bragged about how the girls were messing with the wrong guy since he's been able to win eight competitions this season.

Michelle felt great about her decision to nominate Paul because he was "shady" and playing a game that would be tough to beat. She noted in the Diary Room that if either man won the PoV, Nicole would be his replacement on the block.
