Big Brother fans can expect the reality competition to return in late June.

CBS has announced the seventeenth season of Big Brother is set to premiere with a two-night event on Wednesday, June 24 and Thursday, June 25 both from 8-9PM ET/PT.

The Sunday night broadcast will debut June 28 from 8-9PM ET/PT.

Julie Chen will reprise her role as host.

According to the network, the Thursday night live-eviction episode will eventually move to its regular time period of 9-10PM ET/PT starting on July 2.

Big Brother will continue to follow a group of strangers living together in a house outfitted with more than 53 cameras and 97 microphones, recording their every move 24 hours a day. Each week, the houseguests will vote someone out of the house. At the end, the last remaining houseguest will receive the grand price of $500,000.

Last summer, Big Brother ranked among the summer's top 10 programs in both the Adults 18-49 and 18-34 demographics.

Big Brother is produced by Fly on the Wall Entertainment in association with Endemol U.S.A. with Allison Grodner and Rich Meehan serving as executive producers.
