Big Brother determined the week's four nominations only to subsequently dethrone one of the two Head of Households, leaving two houseguests on the chopping block during Sunday night's 24th broadcast of the show's sixteenth season on CBS.

Christine hoped the "Detonators" would repay her for getting rid of Nicole Franzel, her best friend in the house. Meanwhile, Derrick and Cody threw out the idea of nominating Donny along with a "Detonator" who could throw the "Battle of the Block" competition to ensure his eviction. Caleb Reynolds insisted he shouldn't be the houseguest to do that because he's already volunteered himself three times in order to help his alliance.
Derrick and Frankie then agreed to give Victoria a week off the block because she had been through a lot in the game. Victoria trusted Derrick whole-heartedly. Frankie also completely trusted Derrick, who promised Frankie he'd never backdoor him because they both lost their grandfathers recently and are members of "Team America." Frankie was fine with Derrick becoming the sole HoH so he could play in the following week's Head of Household competition.
Frankie suggested putting Cody on the block since he's never been, but Derrick had a Final 2 pact with Cody and wanted to avoid that situation at all costs. The pair realized it wouldn't be smart to talk about that plan with Cody because he might assume the two guys are conspiring against him.
Afterwards, Derrick told Donny he'd try to keep him in the house as long as possible without it becoming suspicious they're working together. Derrick told Donny that if he got nominated and won the "BoB" competition, he'd definitely be safe for the week. Donny mentioned he'd like to compete with someone like Caleb to better his chances of winning.
At this point in the game, eight houseguests remained and six of them were working together.
The "Detonators" -- plus Caleb -- sat down to chat about the nominations and no one wanted to volunteer to get put up on the block and throw the "BoB" competition. As a result, the group drew Skittles. Christine was picked first, therefore getting nominated alongside Donny. She was expected to throw the "BoB" competition, which frustrated her.
The two other houseguests that randomly drew the wrong Skittles were Cody and Caleb. The two of them would be forced to battle Christine and Donny in the next "BoB" competition and win.
After the nominees were determined, Caleb brought up the idea to Cody and Derrick of getting rid of Zach next if Donny was to win the Power of Veto. Derrick liked the plan because Zach was chaotic and unpredictable.
Derrick and Frankie told Donny that Victoria was their target for the week and the only way to ensure her nomination was to keep her off the chopping block so she couldn't win the "BoB" competition. Donny assumed Derrick and Frankie were working together without him based on their word choice and behavior. Donny felt completely "expendable" to his "Team America" alliance because they let his fate in the game rest on Skittles.
Once Christine, Donny, Caleb, and Cody were declared the week's nominations, they competed in the "Battle of the Block." Although Christine tried to throw the competition, she failed. Because Christine and Donny won, Caleb and Cody were forced to remain on the chopping block.
Since Derrick had nominated Donny and Christine, he was dethroned and Frankie remained the week's only Head of Household. Frankie's main target, Donny, was no longer a nominee. Therefore, he hoped an ally would be able to win the upcoming Power of Veto competition.

They must steal a favorite item of clothing from each houseguest, hide them, and then organize a neighborhood watch program which would result in the houseguests being on patrol for 24 hours straight.
