Jacobson's departure was confirmed in November, however it remains unclear whether she was fired or quit.
The show's second season aired last summer and averaged 1.01 million total viewers.
Flipping Out's fourth season will continue to follow obsessive-compulsive house-flipper Jeff Lewis and his staff -- including his assistant Jenni Pulos and his housekeeper Zoila -- as they purchase homes and quickly renovate them before flipping them for a profit.
The new season finds Lewis and his staff still dealing with and attempting to overcome the collapse of the real-estate market.
Flipping Out's fourth season aired last summer and averaged 1.27 million total viewers.
Kathy Griffin: My Life on the D-List will continue to follow the comedian and her "Team Griffin" staff -- which consists of assistant Tiffany Rinehart, tour manager Tom Vize, mom Maggie Griffin and dogs Chance and Pom Pom.
Griffin's representative had revealed the series' renewal in November and added filming that would begin this month.
