The message accompanies a picture of a cake topped with "The Walking Dead" character Negan's barbed wire-covered baseball bat.
On one side of the treat are closed doors that say, "Don't Open Dead Inside," and are adorned with tiny, dismembered hands.
Yahoo News said Ivey Childers is Underwood's longtime friend and has a bakery in Franklin, Tenn.
Underwood turned 34 on Friday.
