Farrah Abraham has gone under the knife once again.

Abraham reportedly underwent the breast augmentation on May 31, which was three days after she turned 22-years-old, to abide by the FDA's minimum age requirement for a woman to get silicone breast implants.
Abraham told In Touch her saline implants "felt like water balloons," but now with the silicone upgrade, "I look more natural. I want to look my best. And I'm looking amazing."
This marks Abraham's fourth surgery in less than three years and she's allegedly paid about $30,000 total to have all that work done.
In addition to her first boob job, the reality TV star had also gotten a chin implant and nose job. Her newest implants reportedly cost her $7,145 and were done by Dr. David Finkle in Omaha, NE.
But Abraham, mom to four-year-old Sophia, apparently may not be stopping at four procedures.
"There's definitely some pain, but that's expected. What if I have a freak accident and I need something fixed, or if age gets to me, or I have more children and want a 'mommy makeover?'" she told the magazine.
However, Abraham said she "would not get boob implants that were porn-star status. I'm very realistic about keeping myself looking natural."
