In addition to Glassman, Maryland's Circuit Court of Montgomery County has also granted motions filed by TLC's lawyers to depose Gosselin's lawyer Mark Heller, his manager Mark Heller, his bodyguard Thomas Meinelt, his talent representative Matther Kirschner, and friend Michael Lohan, People reported.
TLC filed the breach of contract lawsuit against Gosselin last month and accused him of following through on a threat to force the network stop filming his children after TLC refused to release him from an exclusivity contract clause that was preventing him from earning "substantial" money by appearing on other television shows.
Lohan and Gosselin were reportedly working together on the tentatively-titled Divorced Dad's Club reality series, however Endemol -- which is developing the project -- denied the Jon & Kate Plus 8 star's involvement.
