Jenelle Evans and her on-again, off-again fiance Gary Head were both arrested over the weekend following an alleged physical brawl at her house.

"Jenelle is the one who called the police and was assaulted. The drugs that were found were not found on Jenelle," Sullivan told E! News.
"I do plan on speaking with the officers involved to learn more about why the victim of this assault was charged and will hopefully know more soon. We do intend to... defend Jenelle from these allegations."
Likewise, authorities reportedly arrested Head for possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of another controlled substance, but he was also charged with assault on a female.
"[Gary] beat the sh-t out of her and strangled her," a source told E! News, adding that the incident may result in Head being "dishonorably discharged from the Marines."
Evans reportedly spent Sunday night behind bars but was released the following day on a $500 secured bond, while Head made bail after posting a $1500 bond.
The substance Evans allegedly had in her possession has yet to be confirmed, E! News reported.
According to another source, Evans reportedly "beat" on Head to the point where she left marks on his body following a night of partying because she was convinced he had been cheating on her with another girl. The source told E! News Head then smashed Evans' cell phone, causing Evans to phone the police from his phone -- which ultimately led to both of their arrests.
Evans and Head both took to Twitter on Tuesday to discuss the incident and give their followers an update.
"Went to the hospital yesterday for my injuries thank God im fine. New chapter opened in my life and im pretty excited :)," Evans tweeted, later adding, "Sorry haven't been on Twitter but my phone to pieces sooo my new one will be in today so I can tweet my little heart away lmao!"
"[Jenelle is] no longer my fiance or girl. She can be with who she pleases -- I can honestly careless [sic] who she's with. And I put that on my friends grave -- no. I'm def not marrying her. [Jenelle] has ruined my life," Head reportedly tweeted to a follower.
Evans announced she and Head officially got engaged last month, however the couple briefly broke-up shortly afterward.
