Jessa Duggar's husband Ben Seewald has some dating advice for all you lovely ladies out there.

On Sunday night, Seewald took to Instagram to express his opinions about courtship and love. He might actually know what he's talking about since he's been happy with Duggar and they're currently expecting their first child together later this year.

"Ladies... watch out for dudes that want to date you, but have no intention whatsoever of any serious relationship," Seewald wrote. "A lot of guys want to enjoy you and play with your heart and emotions with no commitment or responsibility on their part."

Seewald seemed to be referring to pre-marital sex or physical relations of some kind.

"They're thinking, 'Why do I need to commit? I'm getting what I want... and when I get tired of her, I'll just move on to the next girl I can use.' Just be careful girls," he continued.

Seewald, who definitely has the "nice guy" thing going, finished out his mini lecture by saying girls need to find partners who will make them a priority.

"Don't give away your heart or your body to someone who isn't prepared to cherish you for the long haul," Seewald said.

Seewald's message captioned a random photo of a classy couple enjoying a formal dinner together. They both looked longingly at one another as the man gently cupped the girl's chin.

19 Kids & Counting wrapped its tenth season on May 19.

TLC suspended the series, however, a few days later because a criminal report surfaced revealing Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar's eldest son Josh Duggar had sexually molested a handful of young girls -- two of whom were Jessa and Jill Duggar -- when he was a teenager back in 2002 and 2003.
