A photographer told TMZ reality television star Jon Gosselin threatened her with a gun after she followed him onto his private property in Pennsylvania.

She said she followed him onto dirt roads but assumed they were public, not private property, TMZ reported. Turns out she was wrong.
As soon as the photographer began taking photographs, Gosselin came toward her carrying a gun, yelling at her for trespassing, TMZ reported.
He fired a warning shot and followed the photographer until she got back on public roads, she said.
The photographer said she went to file a police complaint, but didn't do so when the officers told her she could be arrested for trespassing.
