Jon Gosselin was reportedly "very upset" by former wife Kate Gosselin's recent remarks on their son Collin.
"Jon is bound by the court order [not to speak about the care and custody of his children]," Doleva-Lecher confirmed. "Needless to say, certain comments and statements that are being made are very upsetting to Jon."
"[He's also] very upset by certain statements made to the press ... [and feels] the whole story is not being told," she added.
Kate confirmed on "GMA" that she sent 12-year-old Collin to a live-in learning facility due to his behavioral issues. She insisted the move was a "necessary" decision, and also appeared to admit that Jon is unaware of his son's whereabouts.
"We are both court-ordered not to speak about the care and custody of our children in detail. I've known all along where he is, but the world doesn't know... and I'll leave it at that," the reality star said.Jon had told "Entertainment Tonight" last week that Kate refuses to tell him where Collin is. Kate first revealed in the Sept. 5 issue of People that Collin has "special needs" and is living away from home.
"[He] needs to learn certain strategies to help him deal with things," she said at the time. "[The facility will teach him] the skills he needs to be the best him he can be."
The pair came to fame on the TLC series "Jon & Kate Plus 8," which was renamed "Kate Plus 8" after their divorce.
