Dillon, 28, had sex with Duggar, 27, once in March and then again in April while his wife Anna was pregnant with their fourth child.
According to the lawsuit in which Dillon is demanding $500,000 in damages, the affair began when Duggar propositioned her at The Gold Club in Philadelphia, where she was a featured performer. Duggar allegedly spent $600 on lap dances and then paid her $1,500 for "her company" that night in his hotel room.
The second time Duggar "assaulted" her was when he tried to apologize for the first encounter but then allegedly "deceived" her into another round of intercourse. Dillon insisted she "felt as if she were being raped" and the events caused her severe anxiety for which she needs psychiatric treatment now.
"He was manhandling me, basically tossing me around like I was a rag doll," Dillon told In Touch Weekly while a lie detector test was being conducted this past summer.
"It was very traumatic. I've had rough sex before, but this was terrifying... I actually really hope that his wife leaves him and takes his children away from him and leaves him a lonely, bitter man. I don't think he deserves happiness."
Dillon, a married mother of two whose real name is Ashley Stamm-Northup, filed the paperwork Tuesday.
Duggar is currently in a faith-based rehab center in Rockford, IL. He sought help after confessing he had cheated on his wife using the website Ashley Madison and developed an addiction to porn.
"I am so ashamed of the double life that I have been living and am grieved for the hurt, pain and disgrace my sin has caused my wife and family, and most of all Jesus and all those who profess faith in Him," Duggar said in an August statement.
