Kailyn Lowry says she didn't cheat on her former husband Javi Marroquin.
"There's, like, a whole misconception that I cheated on Javi while he was deployed, which is super frustrating because that's not the case," she said.
"It just makes for good TV and drama and ratings. I'm just biting the bullet every time but it isn't true."
Lowry explained she has to pick and choose which rumors to address in public. She said reports tend to surface when the cameras are rolling, despite her and Marroquin settling their personal issues in private.
"Some things you have to choose whether you're actually going to address it or not because some [rumors] will die out on their own," the star shared."If you address something that's not true, then people are like, 'Well, she wouldn't address it if it wasn't true.'"
"We've always kind of talked about things behind closed doors when the cameras aren't rolling and we've been on the same page about it," she added. "Like I said, it makes for good drama. It makes for good ratings."
Fans questioned if Lowry had cheated after Marroquin posted a trailer for "Marriage Boot Camp" this month.
"I slept with your best friend!" Lowry is shown saying in the clip.
Lowry is also mom to 7-year-old son Isaac with ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera and an infant son with Chris Lopez.
She and Marroquin will appear on "Marriage Boot Camp" Season 11, which premieres Oct. 13 on We TV.
