Kanye West has gone on a profanity-filled tirade on Twitter, lashing out at Jimmy Kimmel for making a spoof of his recent egomaniacal interview with the United Kingdom's BBC Radio 1.

West slammed the late-night talk show host for having a child reenact his egocentric interview -- in which the rapper referred to himself as "the No. 1 rock star on the planet" and put himself on the same level as the iconic Michael Jackson -- for a spoof that aired during Tuesday night's broadcast of Jimmy Kimmel Live.

"JIMMY KIMMEL IS OUT OF LINE TO TRY AND SPOOF IN ANY WAY THE FIRST PIECE OF HONEST MEDIA IN YEARS," West tweeted Thursday night.

"JIMMY KIMMEL, I DON'T TAKE IT AS A JOKE. YOU DON'T HAVE SCUM BAGS HOPPING OVER FENCES TRYING TO TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR DAUGHTER."

West began tweeting after he called Kimmel personally to complain about the spoof on Thursday. The phone call took place just before the taping of Thursday night's Jimmy Kimmel Live broadcast, resulting in Kimmel responding to West's tweets during his show.

"He called me. He said a lot of things," Kimmel told his audience.

"He told me I had two choices. No. 1, apologize publicly -- and that was really the only choice, the other choice he gave was that, 'Your life is going to be much better if you apologize.' And then he started tweeting today, and I don't even know if I've seen some of these because they're happening as we speak."

"JIMMY KIMMEL PUT YOURSELF IN MY SHOES -- OH NO THAT MEANS YOU WOULD HAVE GOTTEN TOO MUCH GOOD PUSSY IN YOUR LIFE," tweeted West.

In response to that tweet, Kimmel took an apparent shot at West's girlfriend Kim Kardashian, who has an infamous sex tape.

"I've seen the video. I know," Kimmel joked.

"YOU CAN'T PUT YOURSELF IN MY SHOES. YOUR FACE LOOKS CRAZY -- IS THAT FUNNY? -- OR IF I HAD A KID SAY IT WOULD IT BE FUNNY???" added West.

After reading that tweet aloud to his audience, Kimmel sarcastically announced, "It might be, I'd be more than happy to give it a shot if you'd like."

West's rant continued, "SHOULD I DO A SPOOF ABOUT YOUR FACE OR YOU FUCKING BEN AFFLECK? #NODISRESPECTTOBENAFFLECK #ALLDISRESPECTTOJIMMYKIMMEL!!!!"

Kimmel replied, "Which, by the way, was a spoof. I don't know if he thought that was news."

"I LIKE YOU, YOU KNOW ME,  I WENT TO YOUR FAMILY'S WEDDING," screamed West. "WHO YOU MADE IT CLEAR TO ME WASN'T YOUR FAMILY WHEN I WAS ON THEN PHONE WITH YOU 5 MINUTES AGO, YOU MANIPULATIVE MEDIA MUTHERFUCKER."

"SARAH SILVERMAN IS A THOUSAND TIMES FUNNIER THAN YOU AND THE WHOLE WORLD KNOWS IT!!!"

In addition to his eight insulting tweets, West also posted a couple photos on Twitter, making fun of Kimmel. The first photo featured Kimmel holding up his big smile with his pointer fingers on either side of his mouth. Written across it said, "NO GOOD PUSSY." The second photo was a picture of SpongeBob SquarePants and a caption that read, "JIMMY KIMMEL FACE MOTHERFUCKER."

Kimmel apparently didn't understand why West was so offended by the spoof, as he said the child actor merely read from a transcript of what West had said during his BBC Radio 1 interview.

"So I don't know. I don't understand it. I don't know why he's angry," Kimmel announced. "The bit was pretty innocuous, but I mean, finally I'm in a rap feud! I always wanted to be in a rap feud. Right now we're at DefKanye Five. Thanks Kanye, appreciate it!"
