Kim Kardashian is definitely looking forward to having another baby in the family, but she's dreading the delivery.

The 35-year-old Keeping Up with the Kardashians star expressed her fears about going into labor again in December via blog post on her official website, according to People.

Kardashian is "hopeful" everything will go smoothly -- much unlike her first pregnancy with North West, 2 -- but she might face potential preeclampsia complications again in addition to those associated with placenta accreta.

After North was born, Kardashian's placenta was not delivered, so her doctor had to perform a high-risk procedure in which it was scraped it out by hand. The reality TV star called it the "most painful experience of my life."

"With the issues I had last time, my risk of having preclampsia and placenta accreta are increased and there's not a whole lot I can do to prevent it, so my anxiety is a little high leading up to my delivery," Kardashian revealed.

"In a very rare case, I might need a hysterectomy after delivery if my condition is severe enough, but luckily my doctor doesn't think this will happen."

Besides "being hopeful," Kardashian advised her fans going through the same difficult thing to "get the best information out there and just be prepared" so they can handle whatever comes their way.

As shown in a preview clip for the currently-airing season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the expectant mother could also have gestational diabetes.

"They saw more fluid than normal in my placenta, which could mean I have diabetes," Kardashian said in the promo.

If that's not enough, Kardashian doesn't like the feeling of being pregnant in general, nor does she appreciate all the changes to her body. She appears to be missing that whole "glow" phase.

"I'm not sure why I don't like the experience like others do. Maybe it's the swelling, the backaches or just the complete mindf-ck of how your body expands and nothing fits," she shared on the website earlier this year, People reported.

"I just always feel like I'm not in my own skin. It's hard to explain. I don't feel sexy, either -- I feel insecure and most of the time I just feel gross."
