Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries apparently won't be living happily-ever-after.

Kardashian is reportedly citing irreconcilable differences in the divorce filing and will not attempt to annul the marriage although the couple -- who got engaged in May after six months of dating and then wed in late August in front of 450 guests at a private estate in Montecito, CA -- have only been married for a little over two months.
According to TMZ, the filing lists Kardashian and the New Jersey Nets star's separation date as October 31, and the reality TV star has hired Laura Wasser as her divorce lawyer.
One of the couple's main issues was that they reportedly had different visions for where they wanted to settle down, as Humphries hoped to live in Minnesota but Kardashian wanted to remain living in Los Angeles to be near her family. The pair originally felt they could figure their futures out once they exchanged vows, TMZ reported.
Reports that the couple's relationship was on the rocks and heading for a split had first surfaced earlier this month. According to Life & Style, Kardashian and Humphries were living completely separate lives with Kardashian often traveling for work and Humphries frequently partying late at night.
Star Magazine recently reported that Kardashian was spotted on the office building floor of one of New York City's top divorce lawyers because she was "fed up with Humphries' partying" and believed he had been "acting life a single man" and "getting flirty with multiple women," according to the New York Post.
