The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, who won't be returning as a full-time cast member for Season 6, has pleaded not guilty to the three misdemeanor charges she's facing of resisting arrest, public intoxication and battery on a peace officer, E! News reported.

Richards' attorney Robert Shapiro reportedly entered a not guilty plea on her behalf during a Thursday hearing at the Los Angeles Superior Court before Commissioner Jane Godfrey. Richards was not present at the hearing because she's currently undergoing rehab for her substance abuse issues.

Deputy District Attorney Leila Tahmassebi offered Richards a plea deal, according to E! News, consisting of 52 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and one of two options -- three years summary probation and 30 days in jail or 30 days community labor plus restitution.

Richards was arrested on April 16 for allegedly making a drunken scene at the Beverly Hills Hotel in which she yelled at a bartender and locked herself in a bathroom. She's been a regular cast member on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills since its first season debuted back in 2010.

Richards has reportedly been ordered to keep her distance from the hotel and has another court date set for July 16.
