Lisa Lampanelli says she underwent gastric-sleeve surgery a year ago and has since lost 106 pounds.

"I've lost a total of 106 pounds," the 51-year-old entertainer and former "The Celebrity Apprentice" contestant told In Touch magazine.

"I feel like I've reached the weight I'm supposed to be. I'm officially a skinny bitch!"

Lampanelli said she is trying to maintain her new 142-pound physique through exercise and meal portion control, adding she's still "a work in progress."
