According to Fox News, Chmerkovskiy, 35, said his departure from Dancing with the Stars "is a permanent thing."
"I'm not coming back," the former DWTS pro claimed.
Chmerkovskiy left the show in 2014 after finally winning the title with Meryl Davis after 14 seasons. He said he simply doesn't fit the mold of the show.
"I'm honest to a fault... maybe I was just not a good person for Dancing with the Stars because for me, it was never about politics or trying to look good for the camera... I had one job: I had to teach somebody how to dance... and I didn't care how I looked in the process," he explained.
Chmerkovskiy threw DWTS producers under the bus by saying they didn't appreciate how little he focused on the entertainment aspects of the series. Instead, he just wanted to train celebrities how to dance and prepare them for performances every week.
"[I had a] giant fight with my producers," confessed Chmerkovskiy, adding that he was "heavily censored" while starring on the ABC show because "Mickey Mouse was writing my checks."
Von and Cole then reminded Chmerkovskiy his brother Val is still competing on DWTS, according to Fox News, but he quipped in reply, "It's his problem."
Things reportedly got worse when Chmerkovskiy revealed which of his celebrity partners he's had sex with.
"I just want to be on the record. I did not have any sort of relations with any of my partners... well, one, back in the day. Willa Ford, we dated for a while," he said.
And the Russian dancer, who's currently dating DWTS pro Peta Murgatroyd, also got in one last dig. He insisted his Season 13 partner, Hope Solo, is "just a sh-tty person."
Side note: Chmerkovskiy was drinking Dobel Tequila throughout the podcast, Fox News reported.
