"I couldn't be more excited to share my life with Cierra," Cierra, 31, told People.
"We have accomplished so much in so little time, and I know that we will continue to have a life full of love, adventure and fun. [It's] what I've waited my whole life for."
Alexis first met Cierra in August 2022 when she was out celebrating a friend's birthday.
Alexis told the magazine that Cierra made the first move by talking to her and becoming friends on social media.
"Cierra asked me if I was okay because I didn't look like I was enjoying myself," Alexis recalled.
"I assured her I was okay, and she asked me several more times before eventually asking for my Instagram."
Although Alexis admittedly has a "fear of commitment," she said Cierra continues to prove that she's going to stick around and be there for her. For example, Cierra apparently stayed by her side when she had a medical scare in Mexico.
"Cierra was so calm, light-hearted and efficient with handling me and the situation without me having to ask her to do anything," Alexis shared.
"She handled my mental and physical health with so much care that I couldn't even consider her not being the one."
The Married at First Sight alum added, "She reminds me during big events like these and little events that she's The One. It's my job to get out of my own way and pay attention."

Alexis revealed she was dating a woman after her split from Justin in May 2023, but she didn't reveal the woman's identity.
"I'm just out here having fun and enjoying life," Alexis shared on the Married at First Sight -- Decision Day Dish: Nashville special, which filmed in March 2023 and aired in May of that year.

She went on to reveal, "Yes, [I'm seeing someone]. And she is lovely. She is great. And I feel special and loved... I am having a superb time."
When asked how things were going with Justin, Alexis playfully asked, "Who?"
"I'm kidding, I'm kidding. Too soon, too soon," Alexis acknowledged with a laugh, before noting that she and Justin had not talked or seen each other since officially parting ways.
"There are no hard feelings or anything like that. We're just not good as friends or apparently as husband and wife either."
Alexis said at the time that her partner "really didn't think anything of" her stint on Married at First Sight, "which was nice."

And Alexis said she's "always been open with her partners" about her sexuality.
"Even Justin knew that I'm bisexual," Alexis disclosed. "I told him that early on."
Justin and Alexis' marriage started out hot and heavy, but their connection quickly cooled down once their dogs got in a fight. Justin attempted to save his marriage by giving his dog Maya away, and he assumed the sacrifice would result in an automatic "yes" on Decision Day.
But Alexis wasn't sure about her fate with Justin considering he tended to overthink and overanalyze things. Alexis felt she had to coddle Justin and be his pillar of strength in the marriage, which she found exhausting.

Justin promised Alexis he'd change, but she had no proof he was going to keep his word -- and she feared their relationship would fall apart once they left the "safety" of the experiment and all of its resources, including Married at First Sight's experts.
"This isn't Best Friends at First Sight; this is Married at First Sight. Either way, I think you're a great person and maybe we might be better off as friends. Who knows," Alexis told Justin shortly before Decision Day.
On Decision Day, Justin told the experts that he wanted to stay married to Alexis, and Alexis agreed.
However, Justin and Alexis' relationship issues continued, and Alexis told Justin that she was still feeling uncertain about their relationship and still "needed time" to "process" and "come to terms with everything."
Justin worried Alexis was going to "quit" on him, but she insisted that's not in her nature. It sparked a fight between the spouses and their tension heightened during a couples' gathering post-Decision Day.
After Justin kept asking Alexis if she regretted saying "yes" to staying married, Alexis said she was "done" and decided to end their relationship right on the spot.
"I was saying 'yes' to trying, and then shortly after, I was just like, 'You know what? I can't take another minute of this.' So it is what it is," Alexis recalled of Decision Day on Married at First Sight's May 2023 special.

Justin claimed he was over Alexis after she had told the world on a Married at First Sight: Afterparty special that he "couldn't get it up."
But Justin claimed he couldn't get it up with Alexis -- who had already gone out on a date with another man -- because her pH balance was off that day.
Justin called Alexis "a sad individual," and then Alexis determined that she wasn't going to settle in her next relationship and she'd make her needs clear to her future partner.
Justin, in turn, never apologized to Alexis for disrespecting or lashing out at her, and so she called him "childish" and manipulative.
