Married at First Sight star Woody Randall says he wasn't joking about wanting a honeymoon baby with wife Amani, insisting he was actually serious!

During Wednesday night's episode of Lifetime's Married at First Sight: Unfiltered, Woody watched back a Season 11 clip in which he and Amani sat down for a personal chat with Pastor Cal, shortly after moving into their New Orleans apartment together.
Pastor Cal asked the couple whether they were using protection since they had already consummated their marriage during their honeymoon in Mexico, and Amani replied with a laugh, "We haven't every time. That's not good."
"That leads to children -- you know that," Pastor Cal noted.
"Yes, we do know that," Amani replied.
Pastor Cal then asked the couple in the clip if they had talked about when they'd like to start a family together.
"I was shooting for a honeymoon baby, I'm going to be honest," Woody confessed.
"He was!" Amani confirmed.
Pastor Cal joked the news was "sweet" but "crazy" at the same time.
On Unfiltered, host Jamie Otis -- who starred on Season 1 of Married at First Sight and is still married to her match, Doug Hehner -- playfully asked Woody, "Were you joking when you said you were trying for a honeymoon baby or were you completely serious?"

"I was dead serious!" Woody admitted.
"Honestly, it's just because -- for one, I was born in that timeframe, in November, and so I kind of wanted a baby in the same timeframe."
Woody continued, "I wanted a baby to be similar like me. So if you're going to have a baby, then you might as well have a baby in the same timeframe as me so I'll have a Scorpio baby! So yeah! That's where I was at."
Jamie acknowledged Woody was "so funny," but then she asked if he felt like he was rushing things a bit with Amani given the couple had just met on their wedding day about a week earlier.
"I wouldn't say I was. I mean, the process in itself is rushed. I don't think I was rushed. I think that I do want kids. I'm 30 now and I'm not getting any younger," Woody explained.
"At the same time and on the same token, I'm married now! So, I mean, yeah!"
While Woody was apparently open to having a child right away, Amani definitely wasn't ready after saying, "I do."
During a recent episode of Married at First Sight's eleventh season, Amani admitted to Pastor Cal that she and Woody had unprotected sex "one time" but she didn't plan on repeating that behavior.

"We are not making that a habit. That's why I said 'not every time.' We are not trying to have babies right now," Amani said.
However, Amani was convinced Woody was "marriage material" from early on in their relationship, and she previously admitted on Unfiltered that she had warmed up to her husband faster than she did with any other men in her past relationships.
Once they moved in together, Amani and Woody struggled to communicate when Woody tried to explain that he doesn't like surprises and wouldn't appreciate Amani, for example, cutting her hair without telling him first.
Amani, on the other hand, argued her husband shouldn't be able to control her or dictate when and where she can do something.
However, the misunderstanding didn't turn into a huge fight because Woody clarified to his wife he just wanted to make major life decisions as a team considering an ex-girlfriend had hurt him by having an abortion without discussing it with him first.
During the latest episode of Married at First Sight, Woody gushed to his friends at his housewarming party with Amani that he loved his wife and loved spending time with her.
Amani, in turn, had nothing but good things to say about Woody, and the pair continued to bond and strengthen their feelings for one another.
