Matt Ryan was a 42-year-old from Williamstown, KY, when he met Alla Fedoruk, a 30-year-old from Kiev, Ukraine, several years ago using an online dating service.
Matt and Alla -- who has a son named Max from a previous relationship -- lost touch after Matt married his third wife, but the pair divorced a few years later.
Matt and Alla therefore reunited when Matt became single again, and then a slow-burn romance eventually turned into a marriage.
Matt and Alla are still together to this day and currently living in Cincinnati.
In February 2020, Alla announced she was seven months pregnant with the couple's first child.
"Blessed [heart] Photo credit to amazing photographer and beloved sister @scarola.iryna," she captioned a series of photos of Matt and herself that showed off her baby bump.
Matt and Alla's child, a baby girl, was born on April 29, 2020.
"Welcome to this Wonderful World My Sweet Precious Girl. Emmalyn Grace Ryan. 04/29/2020," Alla captioned an Instagram photo showing her baby's hand wrapped around one of her polished fingers.
Alla also added the following hashtags to her post: "#babyishere #welcomebaby #mommysgirl #daddysprincess #loveofmylife #sweetbabygirl."
Emmalyn Grace was born only two days after TLC aired a 90 Day Fiance: Self-Quarantined episode that featured the expectant couple preparing for the baby's birth amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Alla was shown living in the couple's Cincinnati home while 37 weeks pregnant as Matt temporarily lived in a motorhome parked at his automative dealership to avoid exposing Alla to coronavirus.
Matt and Alla also appeared on an episode of 90 Day Diaries which aired on TLC in May 2022.
During the 90 Day Diaries segment, Alla explained she and Matt would soon be welcoming another child.
"We have an amazingly awesome daughter Emma who was born [in 2020], and as a bonus package, I've got this fantastic boy Max who is 13," Matt shared.
"And I am pregnant again," Alla revealed. "And we are expecting a baby boy this time in three months!"
