MTV announced Thursday its reality show "Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County" will be back for a third season.

MTV also announced a new reality show from the "Laguna Beach" team called "8th & Ocean." The show will be shot along the same vein as "Beach" and will focus on aspiring models living in Miami's trendy South Beach area, Daily Variety reported.

The second season finale of "Laguna Beach" is scheduled to air Nov. 14.

The cable channel said new episodes would air sometime next year.
