NBC rebroadcast of 'Queer Eye' draws 8 million viewers, wins timeslot in Adults 18-49

NBC's August 21 re-broadcast of Bravo’s popular “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy” (10-11 p.m. ET) smashed its own audience records and helped NBC tie for first among adults 18-49 for the night.

“Queer Eye” took the hour by 0.5 ratings point among adults 18-49 (4.2/13) against CBS’ “Without a Trace” (3.7/11), a 14 percent advantage in that category which “Queer Eye” matched against Fox’ pre-season NFL Football during the comparative hour. The hour-long makeover series garnered 8.0 million total viewers (two and one-half times its total viewers figures on its Bravo original telecasts on Tuesdays, 10-11 p.m. ET) and was up almost a full rating point among adults 18-49 (nearly a 30 percent increase) versus its first NBC outing on Thursday, July 24 in a half-hour version.
