Nick Lachey and Peta Murgatroyd were eliminated from Season 25 of "Dancing with the Stars" on Monday night.

"I think I'm most proud of the fact that we laid it all out there every week. I came in not a very good dancer. I'm going to leave not a very good dancer, but I'm proud of the effort we gave ... It was a blast," the singer said upon learning his fate.

"I get to play dad again and I get to support my wife [who is also competing] and cheer them on."

Actress Sasha Pieterse, former NBA player Derek Fisher, singer Debbie Gibson and reality TV personality Barbara Corcoran, along with their professional partners, were previously sent packing this season.

Still in the running for the coveted mirror-ball trophy are Drew Scott and Emma Slater; Frankie Muniz and Witney Carson; Jordan Fisher and Lindsay Arnold; Lindsey Stirling and Mark Ballas; Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev; Terrell Owens and Cheryl Burke; Vanessa Lachey and Maks Chmerkovskiy; and Victoria Arlen and Val Chmerkovskiy.

Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews host the ABC competition series.

The judges are Carrie Ann Inaba, Len Goodman and Bruno Tonioli.
