Oxygen has announced it has renewed Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood for a third season -- representing the fifth overall season of its Tori & Dean reality series starring Tori Spelling and her husband Dean McDermot.

While Tori & Dean's first two installments -- dubbed Tori & Dean: Inn Love -- followed the couple as they ran Chateau La Rue, a leased bed-and-breakfast in Fallbrook, CA, the last two editions of Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood followed the couple as they returned to Tinseltown to make a new home with their two young children.
The reality series' new season will continue to follow the family in their everyday life and include footage from the first ever Spelling-McDermott cross-country family road trip.
"This has given us the amazing opportunity to reach our fans who have become our friends in such an intimate and unique way," said Spelling. "It's an honor to bring our living room into theirs."
Tori & Dean's renewal isn't a surprise given its strong ratings for the network. Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood's second-season finale delivered more than a million viewers in the Adults 18-49 demographic -- making it Oxygen's most-watched telecast ever.
"Tori and Dean have become the Hollywood family next door," said Oxygen programming executive Amy Introcaso-Davis. "We're excited to bring back the adorable family that so many Oxygen viewers love to follow."
In April, Oxygen inked a multi-platform development deal with the former Beverly Hills 90210 actress and her husband and subsequently ordered the pilot for Mr. & Mrs. Makeover -- a new reality series that will feature Spelling and McDermott giving couples complete makeovers in an effort to make their relationships more meaningful.
