Robinson, 37, plays Darryl on the Emmy Award-winning series and also has a small role in the new big-screen comedy, "Pineapple Express."
TMZ said Robinson was arrested June 29 by Culver City, Calif. police who pulled over the car he was riding in for a traffic violation and allegedly discovered drugs inside.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney's office subsequently charged Robinson with possession of methamphetamines and ecstasy and with being under the influence of cocaine, amphetamines and cannabinoids, TMZ said.
The entertainment news Web site said Robinson's publicist declined to comment for its story.
