Scott Disick's mystery girlfriend has been revealed -- and she's only 18-years-old.

The girl's name is Lindsay Vrckovnik and she's an 18-year-old Canadian model, according to Entertainment Tonight.
Vrckovnik reportedly works for a modeling agency in Toronto, Ontario, where she lived before heading to New York to study at Parsons School of Design.
Vrckovnik, who also enjoys photography and painting, just graduated high school this year. She told Daughter Runs blog earlier this year she's inspired by a creative environment and passionate people, ET reported.
Vrckovnik is 14 years younger than Disick, 32. Kardashian is 36 and the mother of his three young children, all under the age of five.
Paparazzi captured Disick and Vrckovnik partying together in New York City from Wednesday afternoon straight through to Thursday morning.
Disick and the mystery girl left the Trump Soho hotel together on Wednesday and then went to a bar followed by a house party. They eventually ended up at 1 OAK Nightclub, according to TMZ, but the party didn't stop there. Disick and his date then allegedly hit up Soho House and stayed there until 6AM.
Disick reportedly hooked up with Kardashian's good friend Kimberly Stewart following their July split. He and Kardashian broke up over Fourth of July weekend because of his constant partying and flirtatious behavior with ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli.
Kardashian is said to be done with Disick once and for all because he shows no signs of remorse nor is he really trying to overcome his ongoing struggle with sobriety.
