Simon Cowell and girlfriend Lauren Silverman's relationship is reportedly getting stale and The X Factor creator is looking for a way out.

"He devotes all of his time to his son and The X Factor. He has no time for her."
Lauren, 37, isn't in the dark about Simon's alleged change of attitude.
"Simon has been incessantly flirting with a member of The X Factor production staff. Lauren feels completely discarded by him," the source said, adding that Simon is searching for a house to buy Lauren as a breakup gift in the hopes of having an amicable split.
Lauren gave birth to Eric Phillip Cowell, Simon's first child, on Valentine's Day this year.
News of the pregnancy first surfaced in July 2013 when Lauren was still married to her now ex-husband Andrew Silverman -- who used to be Simon's close friend. The "adulterous affair," according to TMZ, ended the couple's marriage and led Andrew to file for divorce that same month -- citing adultery and naming Simon a co-respondent.
Simon, a former American Idol judge, hinted in September of last year he may propose to and marry Lauren, a New York socialite.
"Let's put it this way, I wouldn't expect her to be a single mother," Simon told Ryan Seacrest in late 2013 during an On-Air with Ryan Seacrest radio show appearance.
Lauren and Andrew finalized their divorce in December. They have an eight-year-old son together.
