According to the network, the third season will find the couple deciding whether to use in-vitro fertilization, surrogacy, adoption, or other means to expand their family and have a child.
In addition, the show's third season will also see Rancic and DePandi attempt to establish a permanent residence in either Los Angeles or Chicago before embarking on an ambitious remodeling project.
Giuliana & Bill's second season aired earlier this year, and its March finale averaged 304,000 total viewers -- representing The Style Network's most-watched telecast ever in the Women 18-49 demographic.
"Style viewers have fallen in love with Giuliana and Bill, and have tuned in for every honest and open moment the couple has been through since saying 'I do,'" said network president Salaam Coleman Smith.
"Now, with a baby at the top of their wish list, viewers will continue on this very personal journey as they explore new options for trying to expand their family and face some of the hardest issues a couple can go through. Season three will be a pivotal time for the Rancics, and we are looking forward to finding out what will happen next."
Giuliana & Bill is produced by Comcast Entertainment Productions.
