The woman who finished second in the CBS finale of last season's "Survivor: Palau" has been arrested in Merced, Calif., for drunken driving.

A Merced County Sheriff's spokesman said the advertising executive was taken into custody and released later that morning when she was deemed sober, the Fresno (Calif.) Bee reported. No court date had been set.
Gallagher won $100,000 for finishing second to "Survivor: Palau" winner Tom Westman earlier this year.
