When a fan tweeted at Catelynn and asked where her "trauma" stems from, the reality TV star replied, "My childhood trauma!!!"
Catelynn, 25, shares a three-year-old daughter, Novalee, with her husband Tyler Baltierra, whom she wed in August 2015.
Catelynn had entered a six-week treatment program in Arizona in November 2017 after experiencing suicidal thoughts.
"Well today I thought of every way to kill myself.. so I'm going to treatment," the Teen Mom OG star tweeted on November 17.
That same day, Catelynn explained to Us Weekly that she was "taking the time" she needed to "take good care" of herself.
"I thought of every way possible to commit suicide... from wrapping a belt around my neck to just running my car into an electric pole... THANK GOD I have a support system and a HUSBAND and a DAUGHTER... thank god I am self aware... I'm seeking treatment and I WILL get better... anyone feeling alone you ARE NOT ALONE! This world needs all of us! We are all here for a reason," Catelynn told Us.
Catelynn returned home from treatment on December 30.
"So excited for the future and seeing my family!! Six weeks of treatment and I feel good! Gotta work it when I get home thanks for all your support," she tweeted on her way home.
The Conquering Chaos author has been very open on Teen Mom OG and her social media accounts about her battle with postpartum depression in 2016.
That year, Catelynn entered rehab for postpartum depression as well as anxiety following the birth of Nova.
Catelynn and Tyler's first child, Carly, was given up for adoption eight years ago, and the couple's emotional decision was documented on an episode of 16 & Pregnant.
