Bethenny Frankel of the U.S. TV series "The Real Housewives of New York City" says she is engaged to her boyfriend, Jason Hoppy.

"It feels great, because I'm with the right person," she said. "He's may be regretting it because it's been beyond a week and he's in panic mode -- (but) no, we're enjoying it."
The couple, who have not set a wedding date, have been dating for 11 months since meeting last December. Hoppy, 38, proposed at Frankel's New York apartment with candles, rose petals and Frankel's beloved Lhasa mix pooch Cookie.
"I made him pick (the petals) up," Frankel joked with People magazine. "This was the first thing we had to resolve."
