The Style Network acquires rights to MTV's 'My Super Sweet 16'

The Style Network announced it has acquired the broadcast rights to MTV's My Super Sweet 16, which follows the elaborate and expensive coming-of-age parties of different teenager.

My Super Sweet 16 will make its The Style Network debut on Friday, July 3 at 5PM ET/PT with an eight-episode marathon.

"My Super Sweet 16 is an incredibly fun series for Style and is a great fit for our young female audience," said The Style Network programming executive Katie Buchanan.

My Super Sweet 16 premiered on MTV in 2005, and the deal gives The Style Network access to select episodes from all seasons of the show to date.
