Josh Duggar's past has come back to haunt him and resulted in TLC taking 19 Kids & Counting off the air at least temporarily, but if the decision becomes permanent, viewers might have another way to watch his family on television.

The network panicked and stopped airing episodes of the family's long-running reality show after Josh's previously-hidden 2006 police report recently surfaced and claimed he had sexually molested five girls when he was a teenager.
TLC has yet to announce whether 19 Kids & Counting has officially been canceled, but regardless, a spinoff would be a great way to focus less on Jim Bob Duggar and his wife Michelle Duggar's large clan.
"The show had begun to focus more and more on the next generation of Duggars, anyway -- mainly Jill and Jessa and their marriages and babies," the source close to the Duggar family told People. "That's when the show got its highest ratings."
Jill, 24, married Derick Dillard, 26, in June 2014. The couple welcomed their first child, a baby boy named Israel Davis, early last month.
Jessa, 22, tied the knot with Ben Seewald, 19, in November of last year. They just announced last month they have a baby on the way and subsequently hinted Jessa might be expecting twins.
A representative for TLC reportedly declined comment on the topic.
