"Top Chef" will be tackling Wisconsin cuisine for its 21st season, which will premiere March 20 on Bravo.

The "Top Chef" season filmed in Wisconsin for state-themed challenges including cheese recipes and indigenous recipes. The show also shakes up previous immunity qualifiers in the new season.

Contestants will include a chef for The French Laundry and The Nomad, a 24-year-old Michelin star restaurant chef de cuisine and a James Beard Award finalist.

Guests will include comedian W. Kamau Bell, actor/director Clea DuVall, and chefs Matty Matheson and Art Smith.

"Top Chef" Season 21's episodes will run 75 minutes with commercials. Season 10 winner Kristen Kish will host with judges Tom Colicchio and Gail Simmons.

Bravo also confirmed the return of "Top Chef" contestants Sara Bradley, Joe Flamm, Jeremy Ford, Gregory Gourdet, Stephanie Izard, Carla Hall, Ed Lee, Mei Lin, Buddha Lo, Kwame Onwuachi, Shota Najikama, Amar Santana, Justin Sutherland and Bryan Voltaggio for appearances in Season 21.
