"I'm devastated. I gave up a lot to come here and I just screwed it up. I'm definitely going to miss Phil. I think the guy is awesome. I think he'll do fine," Jiana said following her ouster.
Jiana will join previously-eliminated contestants Jeremy Rohmer, Bianca "Kanani" Andaluz, Alexandra "Alex" Agro, Mike Scocozza, and Chlea Ramirez in the separate competition with the hopes of being voted back onto the show by Top Model fans.
The two models landed in the bottom based upon their challenge score and total combined scores from the judges and viewers for a photo shoot which required the contestants to individually pose as living art installations in a gallery. They were made up naturally and had paint thrown on them, so the action of the paint served as the living motion in their photos.
For the challenge, the models were instructed to strip down into their underwear and participate in a fashion quiz while winning "myeveryneed.com" credits for correct answers along the way. At the end of the quiz, the contestants had to quickly buy and put together a look from the shops on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles.
Judged by celebrity stylist Monica Rose, Don Walls, a 6' 0" 25-year-old rapper, model and club promoter from Minneapolis, MN, ended up winning the challenge and received a $2,000 gift card toward the fashion website. Don also decided to take Marvin Cortes, a 6' 1" 20-year-old sales associate from Bronx, NY, and Renee Bhagwandeen, a 5' 8" 24-year-old model from Ft. Lauderdale, FL, out for ice cream.
Jiana received seven points from Top Model creator and judge Tyra Banks, five points from judge Kelly Cutrone and six additional points from judge Rob Evans. She also earned five points from the challenge and a 3.9 fan vote, making her overall score 26.90.
Phil was deemed safe with his overall score of 27.00. He received seven points from Tyra, five from Kelly and six points from Rob. Phil also racked in five points from the challenge and a 4.0 fan vote.
Once again, best photo of the week went to Jourdan Miller, a 6' 0" unemployed 19-year-old from Bend, OR, who was the person to receive the highest overall score of 44.50.
Tyra's call-out order was as follows: Jourdan, Renee, Nina Burns, Chris Hernandez, Cory Hindorff, Don, Marvin, and finally Phil and Jiana.
