Tori Spelling has been spotted without her wedding ring in light of a recent report husband Dean McDermott had cheated on her when away on business in Toronto.

"When Tori came out of the restaurant she seemed stressed out and was not happy to see photographers," a source told E! News.
Spelling reportedly enjoyed an hour-long dinner which began just after 7:30PM with her best friend Mehran Farhat. They were also accompanied by Spelling's children: Liam, 6, Stella, 5, Hattie, 2, and Finn, 15 months. McDermott -- who has a 15-year-old son Jack from a previous marriage -- was allegedly nowhere to be seen.
"She had her nanny with her to help with all the kids and she stayed tight-lipped when asked questions about Dean's infidelity. Tori did not make eye contact with anyone and just stared ahead," added the source.
Although Spelling allegedly appeared frazzled, the source told the website the reality TV star and author was still "very notably pleasant and receptive with her kids."
The former actress also posted a photo on Instagram of the dinner and seemed fairly upbeat.
"I think ['Uncle' Mehran] is more into it than them!" Spelling captioned the image yesterday.
During the weekend of December 7, McDermott was in Toronto as part of a press tour to promote the new reality show Chopped Canada for which he'll serve as host. While away, McDermott allegedly had sex with a woman named Emily Goodhand, who came forward with guilt to reveal the details of their passionate weekend, Us Weekly reported.
"He told me he and Tori had a sexless marriage. I believed him," Goodhand, 28, told Us, adding that they "absolutely" used protection when hooking up.
"He was romantic and very complimentary... I'm sorry. I f-cked up."
McDermott and Spelling have been married for seven years. They met on a movie set in 2005 but both parties were married to other people at the time. After a three-week affair, they left their spouses and wed in May 2006.
This isn't the first time McDermott has made headlines for allegedly cheating on Spelling. Tabloids reported in 2012 McDermott had cheated on her with two different women.

Spelling and McDermott starred in Oxygen's Tori & Dean: Inn Love and Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood. Spelling also hosted Tori & Dean: sTORIbook Weddings for the network. The couple has a new reality show in the works entitled Tori & Dean: Cabin Fever, which taped this past summer and will air next year on HGTV.
