Jon Gosselin and Deanna Hummel have both denied they are romantically involved, however Hummel's brother claims the contrary.

Jason Hummel is one of five people who have confirmed that the 32-year-old Jon & Kate Plus 8 star and 23-year-old third-grade teacher have been having an affair for the past few months, Us Weekly reported in a cover story published in the magazine's May 18 issue.

"She's a nice girl, not a homewrecker," Jason told Us. "He is a bad liar. This isn't healthy for her. But she is refusing to help herself, so here I am trying to help her myself. I hope this clears the air."

In addition to Jason and the four other sources, Us Weekly has also released video footage that allegedly shows Gosselin "sneaking" out of Deanna's Reading, PA home after spending the night on March 13.

Jason claims that Gosselin and Deanna met in mid-January at Chill Lounge, a Reading, PA bar near the Wernersville, PA home Gosselin shares with his wife Kate and their eight children. 

Jason then told Us that Jon began "relentlessly pursuing" his younger sister and by mid-February he was making regular visits to their house the two siblings share.

"[They] pretty much stay locked away like two teenagers. It was weird. He's a grown man," Jason told Us about Jon and Deanna.

"A lot of the time, it was pretty, um, gross listening to her, you know, um... how do I say this? The walls are thin. Let's just say that. I mean, no one wants to hear his sister having sex, let alone with a married dude who's, like, almost twice her age and who has eight kids and a maybe-crazy wife. Ick. Nast."

Jon was first spotted with Deanna on April 18 when the two were photographed leaving Legends Lounge in the same vehicle during the early morning hours while Kate was across the country in Bellevue, WA promoting her new book, "Eight Little Faces: A Mom's Journey."

While the photographs showed Jon was not wearing his wedding ring on the night of the incident, the club's bouncer Pat Hagan Jon subsequently stated that was not the case and added the two "seemed like casual friends."

However on April 26 -- while Kate was once again traveling -- Deanna was photographed at Jon and Kate's home, sunbathing on the front lawn while Jon sat close by in a lawn chair.

Jon has denied that he has ever cheated on Kate and Deanna has also previously stated she and Jon are "just friends."

Jon & Kate Plus 8's fifth season premieres May 25 on TLC.
