Ready or not, MTV's 16 and Pregnant star Jordan Ward will soon be a mother of two.

Ward -- who is already a young mom to 17-month-old Noah and was featured on 16 and Pregnant's third-season premiere last month -- announced she is expecting her second child via Facebook this past weekend.

However, Ward says she is fully ready to take on the responsibilities of having an additional baby.

"I've read every comment on here," she wrote on her Facebook wall.

"Yes I'm pregnant again. I really do not care if you think it's wrong. I am married, we pay for everything, we aren't living off of family or anything. We pay rent, we own our car, for insurance, pay for food, pay for our cell phones, pay for clothes and whatever Noah needs. And we are moving in a house in August. && here's a kicker... I AM THE ONE WHO TAKES CARE OF NOAH 24/7!"

Ward's husband Brian will be leaving her in a month to work as a linguist in the Air Force, E! News reported Monday.

Amongst hundreds of people who congratulated Ward and showed their support on her Facebook was Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans.

"CONGRATS JORDAN WARD. She is pregnant again with a baby girl. I think she is mature enough and her and her man are doing very great so they deserve what they desire :]" Evans commented on Ward's Facebook wall.

Ward is reportedly the second teen mother to get pregnant again after being featured on MTV's 16 and Pregnant. However, Markai Durham -- who appeared on the first season of 16 and Pregnant -- decided to undergo an abortion rather than have a second child.

MTV chronicled Durham's abortion decision on No Easy Decision, a special the network aired in December.  In addition, the special also featured an interview in which Durham and her boyfriend James discussed the decision with Dr. Drew Pinsky.
