90 Day Diaries chronicles not just successful 90 Day Fiance couples but also numerous 90 Day Fiance alums who didn't see their original 90 Day Fiance relationship work out. The cast members have attempted to begin new romances after the failure of their prior overseas relationships.

The season will feature more cast members in the coming weeks, but below is what happened on Episode 4 of 90 Day Diaries' fourth season.

STEVEN and OLGA

Steven and Olga have a four-year-old son named Alex and were living in New York City. They were shown embarking on a little family adventure.

Steven had met Olga in Summer 2017 in Maryland when she was on a work/travel visa. The pair had a summer fling, and then just a few days before Olga's visa was about to expire, Olga found out she was pregnant.

Olga had to return to Russia and be alone during her pregnancy, but Steven was able to witness his son's birth.

The couple decided to do the K-1 visa and get married since they didn't want to be apart, and Olga arrived in the United States in June 2019. The couple lived at Steven's grandparents' house for two years, and then they moved to New York City five months before this special filmed for a fresh start.

"We've had a lot of ups and downs," Steven said.

"There were a lot of tough times in the first few months," Olga agreed.

Steven said he felt a lot of pressure to succeed since New York is such an expensive city. Steven said he had a delivery job and then worked as a server, and Olga -- who wanted to do photography -- had been babysitting for two different families.

Steven said his No. 1 problem with Olga was communication, and Steven apparently moved out for a little bit.

"But it didn't last long because we got unexpected news," Olga shared. "I found out that I'm pregnant. I was not expecting that! And Steven decided to come back home."

Olga was eight weeks pregnant at this point, and Steven said he was excited, even though a second baby was going to be a lot for them.

Steven hoped to have another boy, but Olga seemed convinced she's expecting a baby girl.

"We realized that we love each other and we really want to work on us," Olga noted.

Olga and Steven therefore planned to undergo therapy, and Steven was about to start a new job as a floor manager at a new hotel restaurant with beautiful city views. He hoped to do a really good job and thought the pay was great.

Later on, Olga went to a thrift store by herself to do some shopping while Steven stayed home with Alex. Olga looked for baby clothes and admitted having a second child was a little scary.

Olga, however, wanted confirmation that she and Steven were still together. She hoped he was really serious about being committed to her and going to therapy as a couple.

Meanwhile, Steven told his friend Dom how things were "awkward" at home sometimes and maybe he and Olga were trying to hard and trying to force things. Dom didn't think therapy was going to save Steven's relationship, but Steven -- who had crashed on Dom's couch during tough times -- seemed pretty optimistic.

"I think if we can get through this, our relationship is going to be stronger than it's ever been. But a part of me does feel like I need to be more realistic and start preparing for all possibilities," Steven explained in a confessional.

REBECCA and ZIED

Rebecca and Zied had met five years prior, when Zied came to America on a K-1 visa and they got married in April 2020.

Zied was shown packing for his trip back to Tunisia, where he was going to see his family and friends after quite a bit of time apart from them.

After two years of waiting, Zied had finally received his travel papers, and he was looking forward to spending a month with his family in Tunisia.

Rebecca appeared worried that Zied may never return to the United States. She also seemed stressed about finances given they were still looking for a place to live and Zied -- who worked full-time at a furniture store -- wasn't going to be working and making money for a month.

Zied hadn't seen his parents in two years, which Rebecca empathized with, but she wished Zied would just go for two weeks instead of a whole month.

Rebecca and Zied had to move out of their apartment by the end of the month because the building manager had tripled their rent. Rebecca asked Zied to delay or shorten his trip, but he refused.

Rebecca admitted to Zied that she was upset about his trip, and Zied said he felt uncomfortable because Rebecca was not happy. He didn't know how to make everybody happy.

Zied promised to focus on Rebecca once he returned to the U.S., but she seemed wary.

Rebecca felt Zied had one foot in America and one foot in Tunisia, and she added, "I am worried the foundation I thought we were building together in this relationship isn't as strong as I thought it was."

Rebecca acknowledged how she was going to miss Zied so much, but Zied looked ecstatic to reunite with his loved ones, including his sister Wiem and niece and nephew.

Zied told his sister how Rebecca had been supporting him, which he really appreciated, and things were good between them. But Wien pointed out how the couple should move to Tunisia because it's cheaper and Zied would have no problem finding a job.

Zied agreed life in Atlanta was difficult and he'd be more comfortable to move to Tunisia. Zied hoped Rebecca would think about it and be onboard with a possible move to his native country.

Zied asked Rebecca if she would move to Tunisia during a phone call with a poor connection. Rebecca wondered if she had misheard her husband because they had a good life in America, however, she knew that Zied worked hard in America and was often stressed out.

Rebecca feared Zied was going to determine that being in the U.S. was too much and he just wanted to stay home, with or without her. Rebecca was therefore really stressed out.

A few hours after visiting with her daughter, Rebecca decided to Zoom with Zied, who insisted that he missed his wife a lot.

Zied explained how he was happy with Rebecca and their relationship was perfect but they were having problems with their apartment. He offered for Rebecca to move to Tunisia, where they may be more comfortable.

Rebecca was grateful that Zied's plan included her, and she assured Zied that she loved his country.

But Rebecca wasn't convinced a life in Tunisia would be easy.

Zied asked Rebecca to give it a month or two and if she didn't like it, he'd return to America and they could talk about everything.

Zied planned to return to the U.S. and then figure everything out, but Rebecca seemed frustrated because it had been such a hard process to get Zied over to the United States.

"Honestly, I'm just in shock," Rebecca told the cameras.

LAURA

Laura was shown trying to fix a dishwasher with her son Liam watching her from the couch.

Laura's 90-Day journey began when she was doing some online dating in 2017 and happened to meet a 29-year-old man named Aladin from Tunisia. Laura fell madly in love with him, and so she joined him in Qatar.

But in Qatar, Laura couldn't have sex with Aladin unless they were legally married, and so they decided to tie the knot. Laura admitted marrying Aladin was "a bad, bad mistake."

Laura therefore moved back to North America, which she assumed was going to be a short visit, but then Aladin filed for divorce and their marriage was over.

Laura said she was "devastated" by the split.

Laura was living with Liam and her dog, and she said her relationship with Liam was going well, even though they had been through some rocky moments together.

Laura said living with Liam could get a little awkward since they were both single and working constantly.

Laura revealed she had tried a dating app "for bigger women," and Liam told her "to go for it" and do whatever she wanted.

"If you're going to move out, you can at least let me know," Liam joked. "I guess I'll be supportive."

Laura said Liam had never been very nice to her in regards to her romantic relationships, which made her feel "vulnerable and stupid" in the eyes of her child.

Laura said she wasn't having luck on the dating apps and was lacking confidence in herself. She admitted that men kept ghosting her but she was determined to find a partner and make it happen.

Laura, on a quest to gain more self-confidence, underwent a drag-queen makeover. She said drag queens seem to feel so secure in themselves with a noticeable inner sense of power, and so Laura's friend Vanity Fair did Laura's hair and makeup.

Laura felt inspired and excited, and she had her two best friends join her.

Laura was thankful to have such great friends, but she still wanted a man with whom she could grow old with. However, she had walls up from allegedly being "so burned" by her ex, Aladin.

Laura's friends told her that she's perfect and beautiful just the way she is, and she got all dressed up and rocked a long, blonde wig with heavy makeup.

"I feel really empowered," Laura gushed.

ASH

Ash lived in a small town in the countryside in Australia. He had moved there recently from Melbourne, which was a two-hour drive away.

Ash did most of his work on video call as a life coach, and so he decided to relocate to the area where his son lives with his ex-wife.

Three years prior, Ash had met an American woman named Avery Warner from Seattle. They dated for nearly nine months before Avery decided to visit him in Australia.

The former couple had a good time together in the first few days, but they didn't really connect on their values, beliefs and way of seeing things.

Ash and Avery's personalities just didn't align, and so they broke up, and then Ash proceeded to work on himself.

Ash then met Athina online, whom he called a wonderful and loving soul. She's a healer and yoga teacher, and Ash loved how she's a very sensitive and feeling person.

Ash and Athina had been dating for about a year by the time this special filmed, and he said everything was going perfectly well except for the fact she lived in Melbourne with her three daughters and Ash just moved far away from her to be closer to his son.

Ash was juggling being a father and boyfriend, who could be present in Athina's life.

Ash's son said he liked Athina and how she made Ash happy, and then Ash was shown taking his girlfriend on a picnic to celebrate their anniversary. He planned to have a serious conversation with Athina about the next step, meaning an engagement and marriage.

Ash wanted to make sure that he and Athina were on the same page about their goals and life plans.

"We are aligned on many levels. She feels like home," Ash gushed.

Athina said it was super important for her to take her relationship with Ash slowly since she has three children.

During the picnic, Ash explained how their relationship was very special to him and his intentions were long-term, and Athina replied, "I feel the very much same as you. I love you."

Ash could tell his romance was growing stronger and stronger, and he suggested maybe moving in together.

Athina admitted it would be difficult to move her three girls to "the country" and their long-distance relationship was actually working out very well. She thought Ash being a good father was "super sexy" and figured their lives would eventually just fall into place.

Ash was disappointed to hear Athina would move to the countryside, but he was more than willing to make things work and keep at it.
