90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days Season 4 star Geoffrey Paschel is reportedly facing criminal charges, including kidnapping and assault, after an ex-girlfriend accused him of abusing her.

Geoffrey reportedly pleaded not guilty on charges of aggravated kidnapping, domestic assault, interference with emergency calls and vandalism.
The upcoming reality star was arrested in June 2019 after the alleged victim -- Geoffrey's then-girlfriend, a 30-year-old woman he lived with in West Knox County who has not been identified by name -- accused him of physically attacking her in the home they had shared, according to the Knox News Sentinel.
Geoffrey, however, insists his ex-girlfriend is making allegations to sabotage his ongoing custody battle in Blount County involving a different woman, Geoffrey's estranged wife.
"It's all about child custody," Geoffrey told the Knox News Sentinel after his court hearing on Friday, adding that he's not guilty.
Geoffrey is reportedly scheduled to return to court on March 26 for this case.
Meanwhile, the alleged victim has been granted a temporary order of protection pending a court hearing in February.
According to the petition Geoffrey's ex filed when seeking the order of protection, Geoffrey "repeatedly bashed/slammed my head into the hardwood floors of my home," the Knox News Sentinel reported.
"He dragged me through the house by my hair and continued throwing my body into walls and furniture. I know this because of blood on my walls, furniture, etc."

Geoffrey also allegedly disabled the woman's phone before she took off to a neighbor's house and called the police from there.

In addition, the filing reportedly accuses Geoffrey of "pushing, hitting, choking" and verbally threatening the woman on four other occasions dating back to September 2018.
Geoffrey will be starring on TLC's next season of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days with his love interest, Varya, a 30-year-old from Russia.
"The last few years have been rough for Geoffrey. Shortly after his second marriage ended in divorce, he suffered the tragic loss of his son. But life started to look up when he met Varya on an international dating site," according to TLC's cast announcement.
"Despite their cultural differences, they quickly bonded over their shared love of adventure. Now, Geoffrey has a trip to Russia on the horizon and is considering proposing to Varya, but he must first prove to her family and friends that he's the right man for her."
Following his brief appearance in court on Friday, Geoffrey declined comment on the current status of his relationship with Varya in his statement to the Knox News Sentinel.

The fourth season of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days premieres Sunday, February 23 at 8PM ET/PT on TLC, taking over the time period currently filled by 90 Day Fiance's seventh edition.

Along the way, they'll encounter challenges that include large age gaps, language barriers, cultural issues, and questionable pasts.
90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days' upcoming season will also star six other couples, including returning cast members Darcey Silva and Tom Brooks.
