"This spring, guess who's back?!" the trailer teased, before showing video footage of Chantel and Pedro together.
"This is the final straw," Chantel said, as a woman is straddling and dancing with her husband. "Pedro has lost my trust."

Chantel's mother -- who disapproved of her daughter's relationship on Season 3 of Happily Ever After -- was then shown suggesting Chantel should show Pedro the door.
Speculation Chantel and Pedro were returning for the new season previously surfaced in December when photos that allegedly showed the couple filming in the Dominican Republic began circulating online via social media.
The photos seemed to show Chantel and Pedro sitting on a bench in a public plaza in Santo Domingo, the country's capital city, as a camera crew recorded their conversation.
Chantel and Pedro initially starred on Season 4 of 90 Day Fiance.
The married couple was introduced online over four years ago when Chantel was looking for a Spanish teacher and Pedro hoped to learn some English in return. But what began as a mutually-beneficial relationship for educational purposes quickly turned into a mutual crush.

While Chantel and Pedro are the first couple TLC has confirmed for Season 4 of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?, 90 Day Fiance couple Nicole Nafziger and Azan Tefou have also been previously reported as returning for the new season.
"They started filming a couple of weeks before Thanksgiving," a source told RadarOnline.
"It's all about her next trip to Morocco and what her family thinks about it."
As fans last saw on Season 3 of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?, Nicole and Azan decided to delay their wedding in Morocco in June 2018 due to financial constraints.

Since Azan refused to file marriage paperwork while Nicole was in Morocco on her tourist visa, Nicole returned to Florida under the assumption she would reunite with Azan in Morocco again and they could wed.
In addition, last month 90 Day Fiance star Colt Johnson's cousin, John Maymoun, also said Colt and his wife Larissa Christina Dos Santos Lima would be part of Season 4 of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?.
John told RadarOnline at the time Colt and Larissa had already begun filming.
"Larissa locks herself in the bedroom most of the time," John revealed to the website.
"He's quite passive. I'm not sure he knows exactly what to do. He doesn't seem happy at all. Debbie locks herself in her room as well."

However, Colt and Larissa's ongoing participation may now be uncertain given all the drama that has happened between them.
Larissa was recently arrested again following a nasty and bloody domestic altercation with Colt, and Colt has since filed for divorce from his wife.
