Elizabeth gave birth at 6:13AM on Wednesday in Tampa, FL, according to the magazine.
The baby reportedly arrived weighing six pounds and 11 ounces, and she also measured 19.5 inches long.
"We are so blessed to finally meet our baby girl, Eleanor Louise!" the new parents told Us in a statement.
"This is such a joyful and amazing moment for us. We have never felt this rewarded in our lives and we are looking forward to our bright future as a family of three. Thank you so much to our fans for their continued support and love during our journey."
Elizabeth posted photos from her maternity photo shoot on January 20, just three days before going into labor.
"All of my love," Elizabeth captioned a series of images in which she wore a sexy, lace black dress.
Elizabeth and Andrei confirmed the pregnancy and announced the baby's gender in October 2018, around the same time they had celebrated their one-year wedding anniversary.
The reality TV stars said they learned they were expecting in May 2018, about six months after their 90 Day Fiance season wrapped on television.
Elizabeth's brother-in-law, Orlando Davis, spilled the beans on her pregnancy during a segment of his radio show called Orlando and the Freakshow on October 1.

Elizabeth told Cosmopolitan not long afterwards she was "extremely upset" Orlando had leaked her big news.
Elizabeth met Andrei, from Moldova, during a trip to Ireland in 2016. Andrei moved to the United States in September 2017 and then he and Elizabeth quickly tied the knot one month later.
After starring on 90 Day Fiance, the couple also appeared on Season 2 of TLC's 90 Day Fiance: What Now? spinoff.
