90 Day Fiance couple Loren Goldstone and Alexei Brovarnik have welcomed their second child into the world.

"Truly a Thankful Thursday!! Babyboten has arrived, much early than expected!" Loren captioned a slideshow of photos featuring Alexei and their newborn baby.
"Due to some circumstances, he is in the NICU, but recovering well. We can't wait to bring him home and start this next chapter as a family of 4! #teambrovarnik #boymama #beyondblessed."
Alexei uploaded similar photos on his own Instagram account and wrote, "Baby Boten has arrived a bit early! Due to circumstances, he is in the NICU but recovering well. We can't wait to bring him home and start this next chapter as a family of 4! #teambrovarnik #blessed #family #dadlife #boydad."
The couple's second child, whom they lovingly refer to as "Baby Boten," was born three days earlier on Monday, August 16 at 9:08ET, according to Us Weekly.
"Wow! And just like that, we're a family of four! It's so surreal! We are so excited to bring Babyboten home and see Shai being the best big brother!" Loren and Alexei told the magazine in a statement.
Loren and Alexei said their son was born weighing five pounds and seven ounces, and he measured 19 inches tall.
"Babyboten wanted to come into this world earlier than expected and on his own terms. He was a C-section baby... We are so excited for this new chapter as a family of four!" the pair added.
Loren and Alexei's new baby joins their 16-month-old son Shai Josef, who was born on April 14, 2020.
Loren admitted on 90 Day Diaries, which airs on Discovery's new discovery+ streaming service, back in late June she was "nervous" about being a mom of two young babies and having so much responsibility.
"I'm still adjusting to being a mom with Shai," she said on an episode of the series, "and now he is going to be a toddler and growing, and I'm going to have a newborn at the same time. I'm going to have two under two... I have my hands full here!"

However, all concerns and doubts apparently drifted away once Loren saw her "big" baby during the ultrasound.
Loren and Alexei announced they had Baby No. 2 on the way in March.
Loren from Hollywood Beach, FL, and Alexei from Nazareth Illit, Israel -- who appeared on Season 3 of 90 Day Fiance followed by the first two seasons of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? -- both announced the pregnancy news on Instagram.
"It's true, we are expecting Babybrov #2! We figured why not have another, and Shai is so excited to become a big brother in late summer!" Loren captioned a slideshow of family photos at the time.
In one photo, Alexei was wearing a "Cool Dad" shirt, Loren was sporting a "Proud Mama" shirt, and Shai was giggling in his "big brother" shirt.
Loren and Alexei will be celebrating their six-year wedding anniversary in September 2021.
Loren wrote on Instagram in celebration of the milestone last year, "And they said it wouldn't work. Jokes on them! 5 years and a baby later! Happy anniversary @alex_brovarnik."

Loren and Alexei's love story was documented on the 90 Day Fiance franchise. After meeting on Loren's birthright trip to Israel, she visited Alexei five times in one year before he popped the question.
Alexei said he applied for a Tourist Visa twice but got denied and so the couple decided to apply for a K-1 visa instead.
Once Alexei got approved for the K-1 visa and traveled to America, the couple had to overcome some challenges, such as Alexei's jealousy over Loren having strippers at her bachelorette party, but they still got married during his 90-day visit in September 2015.
Loren and Alexei also subsequently had a second ceremony in Israel in July 2016 so both of their families could celebrate and witness their union.
Alexei was initially reluctant to have kids because he feared passing down the Tourette-syndrome gene to his future children, but he came to realize there are "more worse things in the world" and he and Loren would just deal with it if that happened.
While Loren had baby fever, Alexei also really wanted to wait until he received his American citizenship to get his wife pregnant.
But the couple seemed to conceive right when they started trying, and Loren and Alexei announced they were expecting their first child in October 2019.
Alexei then officially became an American citizen in January 2020.
"Timing really is everything, and the fact he already became a citizen right before the whole coronavirus thing really broke out, we are just really, really lucky," Loren told the camera on 90 Day Fiance: What Now?: Loren & Alexei's Birth Special that aired in June 2020.
"I can't even imagine being stuck in that process right now."
Loren was diagnosed with preeclampsia, a complication characterized by high blood pressure, during her first pregnancy, so she also welcomed Shai via emergency c-section at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, FL.
