Olga posted a mirror selfie that showed off her hospital gown, and she captioned it, "Guess who is not pregnant anymore?"
And Steven uploaded a photo of himself cradling the newborn in a hospital bed; however, the baby's face was covered up with an animated picture of Simba from The Lion King.
Steven announced his wife's second pregnancy in March.
"She is currently 10 weeks, gender is unknown. It was not expected. It threw us off completely," Steven told In Touch at the time.
"We just made a huge move from Maryland to Brooklyn, New York. So, it wasn't expected but gratefully, I have a great job that pays amazing so with having a new kid on the way, I'm at no worries."
He added, "Olga can take time for a few months when the baby is born. It's been a crazy four months living here and this made it more interesting!"
The new baby joins Steven and Olga's four-year-old son Richie Aleksandr "Alex" Frend, who was born in April 2018.
"Alex is so excited to have a brother or sister, even though he really wants a brother," Steven noted in March. "Alex will be the best big brother ever."
Alex shared, "With having a new baby, we most likely will stay in New York for maybe two more years, then move to the Bay Area in California to be closer to Olga's family that lives in the states -- get a nice house there and settle down."

Steven and Olga starred on Season 6 of 90 Day Fiance in 2018 and got married on August 30, 2019.
During a recent June episode of 90 Day Diaries, Steven recalled how he had met Olga in Summer 2017 in Maryland when she was on a work/travel visa. The pair had a summer fling, and then just a few days before Olga's visa was about to expire, Olga found out she was pregnant.
Olga had to return to Russia and be alone during her pregnancy, but Steven was able to witness his son's birth.
The couple decided to do the K-1 visa and get married since they didn't want to be apart, and Olga arrived in the United States in June 2019. The couple lived at Steven's grandparents' house for two years, and then they moved to New York City five months before this special filmed for a fresh start.
"We've had a lot of ups and downs," Steven said.
"There were a lot of tough times in the first few months," Olga agreed.
Steven said he felt a lot of pressure to succeed since New York is such an expensive city. Steven said he had a delivery job and then worked as a server, and Olga -- who wanted to do photography -- had been babysitting for two different families.
Steven said his No. 1 problem with Olga was communication, and Steven apparently moved out for a little bit.

Olga was eight weeks pregnant when this episode filmed, and Steven said he was excited, even though a second baby was going to be a lot for them.

Steven hoped to have another boy, but Olga seemed convinced she was expecting a baby girl.
"We realized that we love each other and we really want to work on us," Olga noted.
Olga and Steven therefore planned to undergo therapy, and Steven was about to start a new job as a floor manager at a new hotel restaurant.
Olga just hoped Steven was really serious about being committed to her and going to therapy as a couple.
Meanwhile, Steven told his friend Dom how things were "awkward" at home sometimes and maybe he and Olga were trying too hard and forcing things.
"I think if we can get through this, our relationship is going to be stronger than it's ever been. But a part of me does feel like I need to be more realistic and start preparing for all possibilities," Steven explained in a confessional.
Olga shared with her social media followers in November 2019 that her relationship with Steven was "too complicated" when asked why she had been spotted without her wedding ring on.
And then more than a year later, breakup rumors started to swirl about the pair.
Steven confirmed his "civil" and "no drama" split from Olga after only one year of marriage in October 2020, when he also deleted all photos of his wife from his Instagram account.
Steven said at the time co-parenting Alex amicably would remain his top priority.
