90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? -- The Couples Tell All featured Kalani Faagata and Asuelu Pulaa's marriage hanging by a thread, Colt Johnson admitting he slept with Vanessa Guerra multiple times and exchanging blows with Jessica Caroline and Larissa Dos Santos Lima, Andrei Castravet facing Elizabeth Potthast's family, and more drama and updates on the Season 5 couples' relationships during Part 1 of the Tell-All event on TLC.

Part 1 of the three-night, Tell-All event of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?'s fifth season starred Kalani and Asuelu, Colt and Jess, Larissa and boyfriend Eric Nichols, Elizabeth and Andrei, Tania Maduro and Syngin Colchester, and Angela Deem and Michael Ilesanmi.

90 Day Fiance stars Paul Staehle and Karine Martins were not able to participate in the Tell-All (read more about the status of their relationship here), and all the cast members checked in with host Shaun Robinson through videochat from all over the world amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

The past season of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? featured painful realities and unexpected obstacles as the couples navigated cultural differences, in-laws, scandals and more. There were explosive fights, confrontations and tears.

Below is an update on each 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? Season 5 couple based on the Tell-All:

ELIZABETH AND ANDREI

Elizabeth said quarantining with Andrei amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic has put a lot of stress and strain on their relationship.

Elizabeth revealed she and her husband tried to "keep busy" so they wouldn't argue with each other, and Andrei joked that one day he didn't want to see Elizabeth's face anymore.

Andrei is still a stay-at-home dad taking care of his daughter, Eleanor. He admitted he's tired of people taking him to task for that but he doesn't care what other people day.

When asked if he's been looking for work during the pandemic, Andrei responded, "I don't need to work. [Elizabeth] is working right now. I don't need to look for work. My work is handling the house and stuff."

Elizabeth told Andrei that he's an amazing father but he could be doing a lot more because he's a talented and skilled guy.

Elizabeth said she could handle Eleanor while working at home at this point in their lives, and so Andrei said maybe things will change once their daughter gets a little older.

Andrei insisted no one could take care of or raise his daughter better than himself, the father.

Elizabeth said Andrei takes out the trash and washes their cars but he definitely doesn't do all the work associated with being a stay-at-home dad and taking care of a child. Andrei accused Elizabeth of being dishonest and stirring the pot.

Andrei said, "I'm still the man of the house... [Decisions] for my family, I will make [them]."

Andrei believes Elizabeth likes it when he's in charge and that's why their still married, but Elizabeth pointed out she doesn't enjoy arguing.

"You can't have your cake and eat it too," Elizabeth said, referring to how Andrei can't be the man of the house when he's not bringing money home or working.

Elizabeth apparently thinks Andrei can't be a combination of gender roles.

The topic then switched to the couple's experience in Moldova, and Andrei said Elizabeth's family wouldn't stop "b-tching."

When Elizabeth's father Chuck, brother Charlie, and sister Jenn were welcomed into the conversation, Jenn said Andrei's behavior hasn't improved since the wedding in Moldova.

Jenn called Andrei "cold" and "aggressive," and she added that he doesn't really care about other people's feelings.

"He doesn't like us or want to give us a chance," Jenn claimed.

Elizabeth said she actually agreed with what Jenn had said.

"He can be aggressive and mean, and there's no excuse for that," Elizabeth confessed.

Andrei said he needed to work on himself but his problems with Elizabeth's family are not totally his fault. For instance, Chuck called the food in Moldova "peasant food," and so Andrei said Elizabeth's father lacked respect for his culture.

Elizabeth admitted it was disappointing to see her father disparage the food in Moldova, but Chuck said he had no regrets.

After watching footage back of a fight Elizabeth and Andrei had in Moldova before their wedding, Elizabeth teared up a little bit. Elizabeth said it was "a really rough night" when Andrei and Charlie nearly fist fought after a dinner out at a restaurant.

Elizabeth didn't like that "aggressive and heated" side of her husband, and Chuck said it made him "really upset" to see how Andrei yelled at his wife in the parking lot that night.

Tania advised Elizabeth to be careful of Andrei's "pattern" of behavior, and Charlie said Andrei was "disrespectful" to Elizabeth and all of her family members.

"I was just drunk. That's it," Andrei noted, later adding that he had been "provoked" and jokes had been made at his expense.

"Take responsibility for your actions," Chuck demanded.

Andrei's brother Radhu and friend Marcel then joined the conversation, and Radhu said Andrei has some fault and guilt but some of the blame needed to be put on Charlie for essentially poking the bear.

Radhu defended Andrei nearly fighting Charlie at the dinner as a result, and he also said Andrei "didn't do anything wrong" when he was forced to leave Moldova. Radhu said Andrei moved to Ireland in search of a better life, but he apparently doesn't know the whole story either.

"There is nothing to tell," Andrei insisted of his shady past, which prompted Charlie to say, "This raises more questions."

Jenn and Charlie were surprised Andrei was allegedly hiding things from his own brother, but Andrei said this stuff didn't matter and almost ruined his wedding day in Moldova.

Footage then aired of Charlie's speech at Elizabeth and Andrei's wedding in Moldova in which he told Andrei to stop relying on Chuck for money and support his own family.

Charlie acknowledged of the clip, "That was embarrassing. I had way too much to drink, and I was pretty out of mind... Things you normally wouldn't say, alcohol brings it out of you. After everything Chuck has done for [Andrei], he's still disrespectful."

Jenn agreed it wasn't the time or the place for Charlie to say those things.

Elizabeth wished her family could go one day without fighting, and since that wasn't the case, she said she felt embarrassed.

Chuck then revealed he has paid for four weddings, but Jenn pointed out Chuck had never paid for her or Charlie's weddings. With that being said, Elizabeth argued Andrei had spent a lot of his savings on the couple's first wedding in America.

"You told me that you were going to have my dad wrapped around your finger. You told me that at the wedding," Jenn disclosed.

"I didn't say anything like that," Andrei argued.

"Yes you did," Jenn pushed.

"I hope you didn't say that," Chuck noted.

"She's lying," Andrei said.

"I really hope that's not true," Elizabeth added.

Andrei accused Jenn of being a manipulator, but she said Andrei had been exposed and he was trying to project his faults onto her.

Shaun asked Chuck whether people, specifically Andrei, were viewing him like a wallet, and Chuck replied, "Yeah I do." But Elizabeth said she works for her father and doesn't just take his money all the time.

"I've been sitting here thinking, 'I wish I met Elizabeth's daddy before I married Michael,'" Angela joked.

Everybody laughed and Angela said she loves to make Michael jealous, as Michael just shook his head and smiled.

Andrei revealed he's interested in pursuing a career in real estate and would be willing to work with Chuck as a partner but not his employee.

But Charlie said "absolutely not" and Chuck noted Andrei needed to prove himself first and definitely wouldn't be welcomed into a management position right away.

COLT AND JESS

Colt didn't think it was fair he was going to have to confront two exes who "hate" him. It had been 10 months since he last saw Jess, and Debbie said she couldn't imagine what the girls were going to say.

Meanwhile, Jess set out to "destroy" Colt and Jess.

When Colt said "hi" to Jess on videochat, Jess immediately shut him down and said she didn't want to talk to him because all he does is "lie, lie, lie."

Debbie was surprised to hear Jess say that because she noted their relationship had ended a while ago, and then Jess complimented Debbie on looking good in red because she looked like "a demon."

"I'm so glad he dumped you. I would pick Larissa over you a thousand times -- every time," Debbie yelled at Jess.

Jess thanked Colt for allowing his mother to sabotage their relationship, saying, "Now I'm happy."

On how he feels about Jess after their breakup, Colt said she might as well be a stranger, and then Jess called Colt "terrible." Colt told Jess that she didn't love him and shouldn't act like she was the best girlfriend.

Jess insisted she loved Colt, but Debbie called her "a liar" and left the room. Debbie said she wasn't willing to play this game, and then Jess noted that Colt had broken her heart when she wanted to marry and have children with him.

"You manipulate people," Jess said.

"Come on sweetheart, you manipulate men. You throw around sex like it's going out of style," Colt argued. "Let me tell you -- you had me in bed before I even knew your name, practically. We manipulated each other."

Jess said she didn't lie to Colt and he had send d-ck pics to multiple women. Colt explained he had sent nude pics to other women when he returned home from Brazil and wasn't getting along with Jess.

Colt recalled how he and Jess were fighting every day and she once blocked him. Jess quickly responded, "It's because you lied to me every day."

Jess added that Colt sent pictures out to other women even before his trip to meet her parents in Brazil for his "ego" because he is "a narcissist."

Jess accused Colt of playing with women, but Colt said he sends out pictures of himself to get attention and affection when his girlfriend isn't there for him and they're practically broken up.

"You have no morals b-tch!" Larissa yelled.

Colt said women usually reach out to him and send pictures of themselves and so he thinks it's "polite to return the favor."

Larissa then chimed in and said, "One of the girls that Colt texted showed me screenshots of Colt while we were married."

Jess added of Colt, "You like breaking hearts! You are never going to be happy because you are a bad person."

Since Larissa warned Jess about Colt on the phone prior to Colt's trip to Brazil, Debbie accused Larissa of destroying Colt's relationship. Larissa, however, called Debbie out for being the one to destroy Colt and Jess' relationship "with all the effort" she put into splitting them up.

"Blame yourself, okay?! You destroy everything," Larissa argued.

Jess confirmed Larissa did not ruin her relationship with Colt and that Colt likes to play with women's minds.

Shaun then brought up Colt's "best friend" Vanessa Guerra, and Jess accused Colt of cheating on her with Vanessa and lying about it, with the help of Debbie.

Colt said he did not have a sexual relationship with Vanessa and they were just friends.

But suddenly, Colt admitted he had slept with Vanessa before he met Jess, and Jess replied, "Of course. It's disgusting."

"And then after we broke up," Colt continued while speaking to Jess, "I slept with her some more."

Jess continued to insist Colt had cheated on her with Vanessa, but Colt said, "Jess, I did not cheat on you and hurt you." Both Jess and Larissa called Colt "a liar" as a result.

Shaun teased Vanessa would join them eventually on videochat so they could get to the bottom of this disagreement.

LARISSA AND ERIC

Larissa said although she and Eric had problems, she hoped they could support each other during this Tell-All. Larissa also felt Colt had "fooled" her during their marriage.

After seeing Larissa, Colt joked with his mother Debbie that her American dream must be to look like Dolly Parton.

Larissa hadn't seen Colt since the last Tell-All for Season 4 of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?, and Debbie poked fun at Larissa and Jess for teaming up on Colt and becoming friends.

"You have no morals, b-tch!" Larissa yelled at Debbie.

Larissa told Colt that he looked "fatter than ever," and when Colt made fun of Larissa's physical transformation and being "larger in the chest," she called him a "c-ckhold."

Andrei admitted he didn't recognize Larissa at all and she looks like, "Michael Jackson 3.0," and then Larissa shouted out, "At least I have a job!"

Larissa admitted she's not done with plastic surgery and she planned on getting BBL -- a Brazilian butt lift -- as well as a tummy tuck and liposuction the following week.

Syngin told Larissa to not spend so much on herself and instead send money home to her kids, and Larissa insisted she sends money home to her daughter and everything she does is for her kids.

Larissa screamed at Andrei and Syngin not to talk about her kids, and she added, "I refuse to talk to you!"

Colt asked Larissa if the best day of her life was when she got new breasts, and Larissa countered that the best day of her life was when Colt was no longer in it.

KALANI AND ASUELU

Kalani wasn't sure whether Asuelu was going to show up to the Tell-All because they apparently hadn't been communicating much at all.

Kalani explained she and her husband were in a toxic pattern of fighting, Asuelu leaving, Asuelu returning, getting along, and then fighting again.

Asuelu did, in fact, join the Tell-All.

Kalani said Asuelu sometimes does the dishes, cleans the children's playroom and puts their son Kennedy to sleep, but she admitted Asuelu doing chores is not consistent.

"Does he get an allowance too?" Colt joked.

Kalani said Asuelu surprised her by coming back home, and Asuelu confirmed he missed his wife and children.

When asked to reveal the status of their relationship today, Kalani replied, "Today we are together and we are living together, but we aren't anywhere near where we used to be in the universe together. We are just stuck in a really rocky place right now."

Asuelu said he and Kalani fought over how much he played volleyball during the pandemic, and Kalani pointed out he didn't always wear a mask.

Asuelu revealed he's earning money as a dance instructor and gives it to his household rather than his family back in Samoa. Kalani admitted she'd rather Asuelu stay home because the money he earns from the dance classes isn't enough to risk contracting coronavirus.

Kalani worried her parents could become infected, which is part of the reason why Kalani had kicked Asuelu out of their home to go live with his mother in Washington State.

Kalani's sister Kolini and mother Lisa then joined the videochat, and both women expressed how they're concerned about Asuelu playing sports around other people and then returning home to his children.

Kalani's mother called Asuelu "irresponsible" and said he doesn't care about anyone but himself, "period."

Kolini suggested Asuelu is not considerate and such behavior cannot be learned at his age.

"I can't imagine not thinking about your family first," Kolini said.

Asuelu doesn't think playing volleyball is any worse than going to the grocery store at this point, but Kalani changed the subject to Asuelu trying to control little things that she does.

"Don't sniff the milk because you're going to make it go bad," Kalani recalled Asuelu telling her.

The couple then watched back footage of the uncomfortable ride to California in which Asuelu dissed American women in front of Kalani and Lisa. Asuelu also called Kalani an "annoying b-tch" during the car ride.

"I'm looking forward to the day when it ends," Kolini acknowledged.

"That's a powerful statement," Syngin said while watching it all unfold.

Kolini added, "Do I see them together in the future? I don't at this point in time."

Lisa agreed Kalani's marriage won't last unless Asuelu makes some major changes, and Asuelu said he regretted talking to his wife and mother-in-law like that. Asuelu said he didn't think before speaking that day.

Kolini said Asuelu doesn't know how to cope with anything and his initial response to things is to be combative. Asuelu said he could call his wife a "b-tch" if he wanted to and Kolini was annoying.

As Asuelu appeared to end the conversation and attempt to leave the room and take off his microphone, Kolini pointed out, "This is what he does."

Kalani said Asuelu has difficulty expressing his feelings and so he gets "super defensive."

Asuelu's mother Lesina and sister Tammy then joined the conversation. Tammy said it's Kalani's job to step up and tell Asuelu what to do or what not to do, but then Kolini called Tammy out for being a hypocrite since Asuelu's finances are apparently not any of Kalani's business.

Tammy told Kolini to stay out of her sister's problems.

Kalani said she has no problem with Asuelu sending money to his mother in Samoa but when she's in America and other people are taking care of her, it's not necessary.

Asuelu wished he could support his parents more, and then Kolini asked Tammy how much money she sends to her mother every month. Tammy wouldn't answer, and Kolini demanded that Tammy should focus on herself and how much she gives.

Asuelu got very upset and nearly cried after watching a clip of Lesina and Tammy talk poorly to his wife.

Asuelu didn't like hearing that Lesina didn't care about her grandchildren and that his mother and sister hoped he'd get a divorce from Kalani.


TANIA AND SYNGIN

Tania said as much as she loved Syngin, she needed to look out for herself. She assumed the topic of children would be brought up at the Tell-All but that was something she and her husband still needed to discuss and work out.

"I feel like we may be struggling to have those conversations because we aren't even sure about us as a couple yet," Tania noted.

ANGELA AND MICHAEL

Angela and Michael had filed for a spousal visa after their wedding in Nigeria, but Michael revealed the visa had yet to be approved.

Michael said people have been giving him more respect now that he's a married man.

Angela wore a black mask over her mouth because she said she has a tooth abscess and needs to keep it covered to prevent air from getting into it.

Angela and Michael revealed they still fight but are able to bounce back and resolve things quicker than they used to. Angela said she would go three or four days without talking to Michael after an argument but now they only go 30 or 40 minutes.

Michael said he trusts Angela but she still doesn't trust him 100 percent.

"Well you've given her a reason not to trust you," Elizabeth said on Angela's behalf.

"Thank you, Elizabeth, yes!" Angela shouted.

When asked how the couple handles mistrust in their marriage now, Angela joked, "When he goes to the bathroom to poop, I better be on that phone."

Michael said there is not a stable power supply in his Nigerian neighborhood and so he has three generators in his house so he can charge his phone in order to be in touch with Angela all the time.

Angela admitted if Michael doesn't answer his phone, she immediately assumes he's doing something sneaky.

Footage then aired of Angela and Michael's joint bachelor and bachelorette party at a club where half naked women were dancing everywhere. Michael said the night was supposed to be fun and he didn't know the club was going to be like that.

"I told you I didn't look [at other women]," Michael shouted.

Angela wasn't buying it and apparently still thinks age is an issue in their relationship give he's 32 and she's 54 years old. Angela worried Michael was interested in younger women and wanted to look at them instead of her.

Angela said Michael's alleged wandering eyes made her "feel like sh-t," and she couldn't even making Michael jealous that night at the party because he was too busy checking out one of the dancer's "c-oter."

Larissa revealed she wouldn't care if Eric got a lap dance right in front of her because the dancers are all about making money, and Elizabeth said, "She would know because she's a stripper."

Michael told Shaun that he once received a lap dance in college, and then Angela immediately got angry because Michael apparently told her that she had given him the first lap dance he ever had.

"Michael's got many gosh damn secrets," Angela complained.

Angela said she loved Michael but it's not necessarily good for her, like a person who loves candy but has diabetes.

On her wedding day in Nigeria, Angela broke down into tears and needed to take a moment for herself. Angela therefore removed her microphone and left the room.

Michael said Angela got so emotional because she wished her mother Glenda could've been at the wedding and she clearly misses her mother, who passed away on February 8.

Once Angela returned to her videochat, she admitted she needed her husband and COVID-19 has prevented her from being able to fly to Nigeria whenever she wants to see Michael.

"We won't [be together soon]," Angela shared. "After the pandemic, we have to wait probably a year for him to get the spousal visa. But if we make it through all this and we're still together, then everybody can shut up."
