"Someone is happy to be awake our little Taeyang is 4 months old now. #90dayfiancetheotherway #90dayfiance," Deavan, who is also mom to daughter Drascilla, captioned the sweet photo.

Deavan first introduced her son on Instagram on Tuesday by sharing two photos from a newborn photo shoot in which Taeyang was swaddled in a sweater and cuddled into a soft blanket.

"Our beautiful Taeyang Scuti Lee I am so blessed to have you in my life. Mommy loves you so much. I'm so happy I can finally show you to the world our amazing miracle you are so loved by mommy, daddy, and sissy. #90dayfiancehappilyeverafter #90dayfiance #90dayfiancetheotherway #90dayfiance #newborn #newbornshoot," Deavan captioned the photos on Tuesday.

That same day, Deavan also shared an image in which Taeyang was resting on her chest in the hospital when he had an oxygen tube in his little nose.

"This is a photo of the first time I was able to finally hold you. I had to have emergency c section at 36 weeks 2 weeks early from the original scheduled c section," Deavan wrote alongside the image.

"When you came out you had pop two holes in your lungs from screaming [too] loud. It was a very difficult time for me. I was all alone at the hospital for five days but I had you, I spent my entire hospital stay in a wheel chair next to your NICU bed holding your hand."

Deavan concluded, "I didn't sleep I just wanted to be near you to the point where nurses were begging me to rest. You are my everything I love you so much. #90dayfiancetheotherway #90dayfiance."

Deavan's c-section was featured on Monday night's episode of 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way.

Since Taeyang's arrival was two weeks early due to Deavan having dangerously high blood pressure during her pregnancy,

Jihoon missed his son's birth because he had refused to purchase new last-minute tickets and lose the money from his originally-scheduled, nonrefundable flight to America.

The pair had agreed to video chat so Jihoon could at least see the birth of his son, but it was hard and "heartbreaking" for Deavan considering the surgery was high-risk and her partner couldn't be by her side.

Jihoon also admitted he felt like "a bad father" for not being there for Deavan during such an important time in her life.

The surgery apparently took about six minutes total and the doctors told Deavan at the time her baby arrived he was "big," "handsome" and "so perfect."

Both Deavan and Jihoon apparently felt an overwhelming sense of love and joy.

The broadcast ended with Jihoon traveling to the United States and holding his baby for the first time.

Deavan admitted to cameras there were times when she was "extremely angry" at Jihoon for missing the birth, but when her family was finally together, she just enjoyed the moment and soaked it all in.

"Having him home with me makes me so happy. He is always smiling and has completely stolen my heart!" Deavan told Us Weekly.

And Jihoon told the magazine, "I hope to become the best father I can be. I'm nervous but I know I will be the best father."
